I ordered this cream in a free trial and did not like it I faxed a letter to stop the withdraws out of my account and they refused to refund the first payment of 69.95 and then the following month deducted another 69.95 out and when I called again they again refused to refund the moneys a second time. I have a small business in Nashville that was supposed to receive a delivery from one of my suppliers. Vitrans website said it was scheduled to come on Monday ( it didn't). We hired Protax to reduce our property taxes. After talking with the assessor’s office today, the tax relief Protax claim on their letter was not due to any contact by this company. MERCHANTS BEWARE of ELECTRONIC MERCHANT SOLUTIONS!! The small print on the contract is too hard and faint to read. There's a reason... they add on fees such as a random $75 fee every six months. There's a $50 per month charge for not going filling out a survey form which you can only do online. Once you fill out the survey form they charge you a $5 monthly online access fee and and a $15 monthly breach protection fee which you do not have the option to opt out of. Owner, Wayne Salicrup, crushed a large AC duct when he climbed over it to check the corner of my attic. He told me the roof was leaking with puddling water and rotten wood. He told me to hire a roofer to fix the leak. The roofer found the crushed AC duct and took photos. Another roofer who was small size checked the attic and told me the roof was normal, no leak. I have used Charter for years, no problems, until yesterday. I use Charter's email, with Outlook. No problems until yesterday. No email would go out, came back with a Charter 550 error.
