The new management came in and ruined the living quality. I had no problems before the came then everything changed. The telephone number was change to a fax number and the did not notify anyone. I signed up for Vocalocity after doing plenty of research. I read reviews, spoke with customers, and ran a test line. Everything prior to giving them my money went well. The sales person gave me plenty of attention and they treated me like I was the only person in this world. As soon as I gave them my money, everything went downhill. My husband is on his third Cuddeback camera. The first was purchased several years ago. When that camera started to malfunction he contacted Non Typical and was told he could return his cameral and pay a fee to get a compariable product or pay a higher fee and upgrade to the Expert camera. BBG COMMUNICATIONS are overcharging credit cards for telephone services and HEATHROW AIRPORT is receiving commission for allowing them to continue. In March of 2010 my 70 month auto loan matured with a balance of $1999.00 as a result of some five much needed deferals over the coarse of the loan. I have an Elite Rewards credit card from Bank of America. They recently announced that the point rewards system is being phased out such that the last day points can be earned is October 31, 2010. There will be a period of time (about a month later) where the points can be redeemed before the system is completely phased out. After I booked a room in Ocean City, Md using Hotels.com I was sent two $20 Hotel Bucks vouchers. When we arrived in O.C. we werent given the beach front room that we paid for and was also put in a smoking room when we asked for non smoking. I did a search for a bath and body gel Philosophy Red Fishy. It came up on the QVC search page as $Special Price $ 22.73. I hit “add to cart” and it come up at $25.00. There customer service is AWFUL!!! I was charged $10 more for a product then charged a second time due to there lack of organization!!! Horrible shopping experience! I ordered a set of glassware on Dec. 25th that was listed as "in stock." It did not ship from the store until 1/12 (11 business days later). When I asked the service department why it took so long to ship they told me that it was not in stock when I ordered it. I bought a GMC from the dealer, about 2 years ago, and they told me then that I had a warrenty on my truck for 5 years. Then when the truck had problems the warrenty ran out.
