After only 6 months of owning a 2010 Jeep Wrangler, the soft top developed two small holes caused by a design flaw. Chrysler refuses to replace the soft top and fix the design flaw. Even after multiple inquiries with Suburban Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge of Troy, MI, they continue to refuse to fix the problem. This isn't something a car buyer should experience. When there is a problem with a companies product they should stand behind it and fix the problem. After studying for several months, the employees then provided the on-line training. However, the on-line training does not make sense and very, very sloppily put together and confusing. On October 29, 2010 Sears delivered the top of the Kenmore Elite line 2 door 2 drawer refrigatorfreezer to our home late Saturday afternoon. The delivery and installation team said the hose kit for the icemaker was missing an elbow. Paid for complete exhaust system. Used part of old system. Damaged new parts. Made noise afterward. Wanted to charge more to correct the problem. Just got a box Kraft Velveeta Cheese (used to use it on burgers, dogs, crackers, scrambled eggs grilled cheese sandwich and in a sauce on Pittsburg potatoes. It WON'T melt. My Brother was involved in a motorcycle accident and was taken to Sanitaruim Hospital in Bacolod, Philippines unconscious. Immediately it was asked if the family had money. This guy promises you he will be there on time to move your mobile home and install it all in a couple of days. I know this can be done as we did out home ourselves back int the 1980's all in 1 day. He gets you to give him $1, 400 down and does not show up in the day he is to be there but a week later. I purchased a house from a Mr Greg Beckwith - he guarenteed me that the roof did not leak - he even put this in the contract. I recently transferred a large payment from one bank to Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo sent me a letter saying the payment was on hold because they had "reason to believe that this payment has not yet cleared the other financial institution." Citibank ahs assured me that they do not transfer funds that are not covered. When I called Wells Fargo, the Customer Service rep said I was going to be investigated by Citibank for Fraud. Boy, was Citibank surprised to discover that Wells Fargo was twlling me this. There is no case of fraud and the the funds were covered in my account.
