Applied for a modification loan in June. Have sent in so many requested forms. One time I sent 9 pages of faxes and called 13 days later only to be told they couldn't find them. Later they did but I knew they had not been submitted. The third week in Sept when I called I was told that a copy I had sent in June was not legible. I hate these guys. I signed up for high speed internet and the technician came over 2 weeks ago. right after that I noticed my internet constantly disconnects yet the lights on my modem remains on. Angler Air has a contract with AHS . they came to my house to repair an AC that was not cooling, the cause was low i freno, which was just replace it, the low freon was cause by a leak of the coil of the air handler, they refused with the excuse that a trust was in the way and needed two workers . I paid the $ 60 copay ; after their refusal a call a general contractor who stated that there was need to removal the trust, call another AC company, paid out of pocket and they removed the old coil and place the new, in 30 minutes . My husband and I took our 2 daughters for a Saturday night to the Kalahari in Sandusky, Oh.
