I am totally not satisfied with Resound hearing aids. My Miracle Ear ones were much better. If you are looking to get hearing aids go Miracle Ear. If I had a choich I would have gone back, but they were no longer a provider for the agency paying for the hearing aids. I live in Fort Worth, Texas and Mr.Kelly at Miracle Ear is great! I am Extremely dissatisfied with the company TECH FOR LESS. I ordered a product online that was markedly different from what I ordered. I purchased a new item with the understanding that the box would be opened. I received a used camera with a very damaged box and NO MANUAL. I returned the items but will have to pay a $ 42 restocking fee ?? I have requested the full refund from Tech For Less and I offered to pay for the shipping. They refused to change the restocking fee price. Hired this company on October 18, 2010 to install a concrete type flooring in my kitchen. Flooring is supposed to look like tile. The flooring was not the color I specified, the grout lines were supposed to be a neutral color, but they were full of spots of black dye from the concrete and pooled up acrylic. I was fine paying for it. My credit card statement came and the charge was there from peoplesmart or something like that.
