IMO the owner is very unprofessional. I tried to join and was rejected because she "thought" or "thinks" I am someone else. I was a very good customer of Victoria Secret. I own a big bridal shop in Rhode Island and sent hundreds of girls to buy their under garments at Victoria Secret. I recently found myself with memberships in book clubs and online music sites that I did not sign up for. Getting these canceled is a long process. This was the WORST car rental company I ever used. The employees were rude and slovenly. If I had not arrived there at 11:30 pm after a very long day, I would have gone elsewhere. I bought a Sony Tv directly from Sony through Direct Buy. I paid $2500.00 for the TV. When I searched for information on my TV when it quit working I found a recall that I was not informed of. I took Tv to be repaired and was told it would cost $3000.00. I had only had this TV for 2 years. Contacted the Better Business Bureau. I went to have my hair color lightened. I was given a qoute of $65 and 2 hours in the salon. What I got was spending 5 1/2 hours in the salon only to be over charged and leave in tears with orange, copper, red hair...which I clearly explained I can't stand ANY of those shades.
