My Acer Aspire 9410 laptop was just what I was looking for UNTIL the part that receives the power cord came unsoldered from the motherboard during the first year that I owned it. Acer happily repaired the part by resoldering it. (Too late to be covered, I realized that my CD portion of the laptop did not work after the repair!) Well, now, the resoldering job has come unsoldered once again. I am really upset that once again I am totally unable to use my laptop because I can not get power to it! Any ideas? Attempts feebly to inform the reader in pseudo-scientific terms how the gas chambers were not used for mass murder. This site advertised a product with a price that include SoyQuick Maker and a Tofu Kit. Before placing an order, I called and asked if this product was available and was told yes it was. March 09 I order the product, and receive one part of this product I ordered and paid for, I have been chasing the seller for the tofu kit and she said that the tofu kit was a bonus I should just have to wait till it is available!
This is a VERY dishonest site, now we are almost into June and yet no sign of what I paid for, do not purchase any product from this site. read full review »

I bought a pair of ugg boots which i was led to believe were genuine which obviously are not. I have emailed the company several times but have had no response. On May 18, 2010 I contracted with Wayne Teper, Hilton Upholstering Company, to reupholster a sofa and love seat with fabric I purchased.
The sofa reupholstery time-line was 4 weeks, however it was completed in 7 weeks. The sofa was delivered on July 10, 2010, and the second part of the job, the love seat, was taken for completion the same day.

I first opened an account with the lead consortium in May of 2010. After several attempts of turning on my "back office" in order to retrieve leads, they never came in. I tried several times to contact my account executive (Bret Pierce) he would always tell me the same thing. I was given in writing a quote for health & dental insurance. After activation I found out that the charges for the quoted insurance was 20% higher than on the written quote, plus they did not include the promised dental plan. On top of it they slammed me with a life insurance policy that i neither authorized nor ordered. I have spoken to management to no avail... The time to join the class action expired oct 31, 2010. I Didn'tknow that. I guess tere was suppose to be a warning on their tanks notifying people of this class action so they could join :) :) I didn't get the "warning" until my tank purchase in November :)

I've had this credit card for 26 years & have always paid each month's bill in full & on time until recently. In June, 2010, I was one day late with my $172.61 total current payment. My July, 2010 showed a $29.00 late fee & $2.23 purchase interest charge. I called them & they refused to remove the late fee but said they would credit me the interest charge.
Knowing that credit card companies refer to people who consistently pay in full on time as deadbeats & that it would behoove them if I cancelled my card, I have & will not. read full review »

I started receiving spam e-mails from this company. I have attempted to opt-out many times. They make it really difficult, and then when you think you have it figured out, it doesn't work, and you continue getting their spam. Just recently I tried to unsubscribe yet again, and my virus protection gave me a warning message that their website is not conventional format and is likely virus infected. DO NO buy Acer monitors...
Their support technicians are useless when it come to fixing the monitor issue with no power on and Acer logo flashing during initial turn on the monitor power. Two seperated cases was openned for each of the problem mentioned earlier. Sent both monitors to Acer for repair and got back with exact same problem. There is no way to convince Acer tech support that their monitors are defective and should have been repaired or replaced instead of sending back and forth for nothing.
