I bought a Ray Ban sunglasses model 4085 in one Dubai duty free store for about US$180 2 years ago. I was using the sunglasses in normal use when suddenly I noticed a small crack developing near a small screw holding the glass. Then I noticed overtime that the crack became longer up to 1cm. When I was in one Houston factory outlet, I was window shopping. I saw the same sunglasses of the same model in one store with a crack also. I concluded that it was Ray Ban factory defect. I've used this company for about four years and no problems until a month ago. We are a seasonal business (sell at art shows) and aremainly closed for business 7 months out of the year. On September 2, 2010, I returned my leased 2007 Infinity FX35 to the dealership. The vehicle was in near-perfect condition, therefore, no charges were assessed for excessive wear. Their receipts and cashiers don't state the open items return policy. You only hear about it after you get to the store to open the product. I had to get over $100 of store credit. I Bought my 1.4 Trend Ford Fiesta in 2009 from Lazarus Motors. It has a 120 000km4 year service plan. Because Allen Josh Ford in Wonderboom is closer to my home I take it there for service. I bought Need For Speed For the PS 3 on Black Friday and when I opened it I found a Memorex DVD -R Disc inside of the case. I tried to exchange it the same day they refused. I see no reason why I could not have exchanged it since it was with in an hour after I bought it. I then got so mad that I threw the disc and case cover into their garbage in the exchange area. Recently, this company has been contracted to work in Sam's Club. The Crossmark company has not done their job well concerning hiring their Retail Supervisor of Events (RSE). They were not supervised well by upper management in Crossmark. I sold her morkie puppy and after having it for 4 days, she failed to feed the puppy enough and she also let her kids play with the puppy constantly, waking it up all day, not letting it sleep and rest. the puppy was 10 weeks old and only weighe 2.1 lbs.
