In Oct 2009 we signed a contract with Destiny Vacations on behalf of Resort One Weeks for timeshare rentals and an online website to provide condos for rent. I worked for this company for just a brief period. Like most of the people that have complained about this place I thought the owner was very abusive verbally to almost everyone. At the purchase point they said that if the program ever had to be reinstalled that all you had to do was E-Mail to customer support and a dowload like would be sent. Well my computer was formatted twice and I E-mailed them at least six times for the download link and received no response. I purchased the program in August and only used it for a few weeks. I was watching A Perfect World on the EAction channel through Cox Communications Digital Television and 15 minutes before the movie ended, it switched to another movie. Nothing like investing nearly two hours in a movie only to have it switch to a different movie during the ending. My husband was offered a free gift if he got a credit card. He got a credit card. I got a free sapphire ring. The ring came from Metrostyle's partner company Halsted. Halsted keeps sending us jewelry we didn't order and our Metrostyle credit card keeps getting billed. The pharmacist at the Humbertown Shopper's Drug Mart would not accept unfinished antibitics for environmentally responsible disposal. No other pharmacy has ever refused our attempts to keep drugs out of landfill and public land and water. Sylvia Des-Sahkian is the first who waved us away, disinterested in proper disposal. If you are hiring phar-macists who know less about the impact of the drugs they mix on the environment than the general population who hears it on the news everyday, you should not be in the pharmaceutical business. Purchased a disability policy from this company. I had an elbow injury about 3 months after I purchased the policy. I had the surgery and put in the claim. It took this company 6 weeks to get back with me to tell me they have denied my claim. Verizon hires third parties, like 20/20 or TRG Field Solutions to sell products and services to business clients. Problem is they sell services that they don't need nor are complatible with their phone systems. They have left our company with out phone service for 7 days. This company will contact timeshare owners and lead you to believe they have buyers lined up to purchase your property. After you finally agree to let them sell the unit, they will tell you that a payment must be made for escrow because they officially cannot charge commission. They will give you links to BBB and while not outstanding, is not horrid either to make you feel secure in what is happening while pressuring you over the phone for payment. I applied for Passport Renewal in Sept 2010 in Indian Consulate NY and I have been waiting since that time. First of all the site sucks!! I mean really sucks!! When I call them, somebody picks up the call but hangs up immediately when I say Passport status or puts the phone aside and I can hear people talking around!! Club manager will not solve the tv problems. This is going on 2 years and get different answers. My company had its regular service from All Air Masters yesterday. When they were done the Service Tech said all they did was change two air filters. An Amish contractor, all work was done by a non-English speaking crew from Central America. The roof is on crooked: There is a two inch overhang over the entry door, while 44 feet away the shingles are flush with the gutter's drip edge. The car was making a strange noise and I had replaced the water pump and checked to see if I could figure out what was making the noise, but could not.
