Delivery dates are lies! Ordered a love seat which was supposed to be shipped by Dec 5th at the latest. This was the estimate I was given at purchase or I would NOT have purchased it. This company is a complete joke; really I don't know where to start, so I'll just put the negatives you would likely experience yourself, if dealing with them. Puchased the washing maching back in 2004 and had to have the inner tub repaired in 2007 at a cost of $200.00. When this problem occurred again contacted Maytag to complain they offered me 15% off another washing machine. I told them that the machine was still good and wanted to get compenstation for the tub. Over Thanksgiving weekend saw a special for a Vizio 55-inch E550VL LCD HDTV and warranty, on sale at Dell.com. We ordered and thought we would have it in time for Christmas. Without notification or explanation, the shipping date changed to 1/21/2011. They refused to pro-rate the $84.50 initial fee, though the plumber was only 15 minutes at my home. I asked the Management to work with me but to no avail. Stay away from these people.. Absolutely not recommended. This place became a nightmare for me. They will keep adding late payment fees even if you pay your rent on time! Infinity, service provider of Barbil in the state of orissa has done priodical paid servicing of my Aqcuagaurd water purifier on 08.10.2010. After servicing the service engineer Mr C Mukherjee took money from my wife and left the spot. I have been getting charged £15 a month by quick credit score for nothing. I've tried cancelling the payments at the bank but they said there's nothing they can do short of closing the account and re-opening a new one. This is highly inconvenient. I've bought a Vinotemp cooling unit and it broke down in less than a year so called in for service and spoke with a customer service rep Diane and she was rude, kept me on hold and then couldn't help! So I took the unit to the factory in Compton and when I came in to ask the manager Christine and she was yelling a cursing at her own employees! Never seen anything like it before.
