We've moved to Australia and tried to get some boxes shipped over (small boxes with personal items in). Took 6 weeks to get the account set up in the first place, then finally organised a date for pick-up - the driver never turned up. Not given any answers for this, organised another pick-up and the driver refused to take the packages as they had personal items in and Australia doesn't accept them!!! I purchased my laptop new from best buy 14 months ago. It runs very hot, and crashes a lot. The screen goes blank and I can't wake it up or shut it down even by hitting the shutoff button. I recently made an error on my airline reservations which cost me 900.00 to correct, it was 180.00 per person x 5. I called travelocity which is very annoying because all the agents there speak with a very heavy accent and has bad connections. We did not purchase anything from this company and are now having to cancel our credit card because we are being charge for something we did not authorize. We talked to our bank and they did a little investigation and believe that this company might be connected with another company that we bought an android application through.
