This is a very unprofessional and pathetic student accomodation agency. International students do not know all the laws of australian rentals so please do not get stuck with these pathetic student accomodations !! They will charge you more and once you start staying, they will not reply to any of your complaints and they will not get any problem repaired but if they dont like you, they will just refuse to renew your lease without any reason. Ordered three gift cards from GiftCardMall. It took 10 days to be received. GiftCardMall sends the gift card to the receiver but they send the activation code to the orderer. In other words the receiver is unable to utilize the card until they contact the orderer for the activation code. Guess what, I still have not received the activation codes. When I talked to supervisor at GiftCardMall he told me I should receive the activation codes soon (he hopes)!!
