I am trying to get a hold of someone regarding a still valid warranty. Noone will answer the phone or return email, even though it is within their business hours. McCreary leased a home to me under the good faith that the property was move in ready. Upon my move-in, the property had many damaged and unworking features. The worst issue, however, were the vermin living in the attic and walls. I've been living in the home for a month and McCreary has yet to remedy the problem. Bought leather furniture in 2006 and was told that the Protection Plan covered all tears and spills on leather. I was hired (FT) in Mens' suits and shoes (commissioned area) in May of 2010. Upon being hired I was informed that the sales position would pay hourly plus commission. Well after a few weeks of not being paid commission I confronted the store manager who told me some bs about being $500 in deficit. I immediately checked my associate statement which reflected I was only $10.80 in deficit. Well, i called corporate and went thru all the prospective channels to no avail. We were tennants of a WJD property for 2 years. Within that time frame, the dishwasher, hot water heater, clothes washing machine, furnace, and over ALL quit working. In EVERY instance, there were delays or stall tactics in having them repaired or replaced. The furnace leaked gas so for five days we went without heat in the middle of January. We had a party for our daughters 7th birthday at this place. When we visited beforehand, everyone was extremely nice. They offered us a 20$ discount on the services. They subsequently offered us two free pizza's. On the day of the party, neither discount was given. People their said that the manager needs to approve these. Its now been 3 weeks with multiple phone calls. The manager has never called us. In fact the staff told us that they will not be picking up our phones anymore since they have caller ID so not to call back. I signed a contract with this Gym 16 days ago. I found out that my insurance company would pay the gym for my membership. They will not refund my money for the year contract even though they took all my information to bill the insurance company. They say that they "have to" stick with the contract I signed because it has been over 3 days. I signed up for a credit processing deal base on a proposal from a salesman at Leaders Merchant Sevices. Unknown to me, the contract sent to me by the same salesman had no resemblace to the original proposal. Buried in 10 pages of leagal talk were all sorts of hidden fees and charges. I specifically signed up for a no monthly minimum fee deal because we are seasonal, they charged me a $10.00 inactivity fee each month? Isn't that a minimum fee?
