Worst experience ever. Dean Henninger signed a contract to do a remodel for $204, 000 and 4 months. It took 18 months, cost over $400k and he stole $5, 000 from me by charging a personal truck repair on the credit card I set for the job. He claimed to be a devout christian, but his "faith" was a scham for theft and deceit.The worst thing was, the only reason I did the job with him and at all was because he convinced me that it could be done for $204k. In April of 2009, having heard that Sprint had a device that would allow me to use the internet while I was on vacation, I went to the local Sprint store to pick one up. Loan Care Servicing Company is by far the worse service company that I have ever dealt with!!! My mortgage was taken by them for servicing in early 2010. I have had issues with everything from trying to access mortgage statements ( which I requested in May 2010 and have never received) to debit payments for my mortgage loan. I purchased two pair of eye glasses at Sears in Salina around Aug of 2010. I am now down in Mississippi and have discovered that a lens fell out of one of the pairs and I was not able to locate it. I went to the local Sears in Biloxi Ms and was told that it would cost me $75.00 to have a new lens installed. I feel that there was poor workmanship as I have never lost a lense before nor has my husband. The lens must have been improperly installed and I feel that it should be replaced at no cost to me. I have paid more that 10000 USD for this deal and ended up with nothing. Apache logistics personnel should not do this to the customers, in fact they should inform us of all the complications that is percent when we did the deal at the first place. Poor appraisal quality, missed applying basement Fannie Mae guidelines correctly, no knowledge of high end new construction or any construction in the city of Seattle. I helped my stepson get a safelink phone about a year ago. It has been the biggest JOKE around! They had to send 2-3 phones before he got a good one, we had to stay on the phone on hold for about 1-2 hours everytime we called customer service to set up the phones! I ordered three bedroom windows from Window City through Macro Renovation, it's premier dealer on November 2010. We were surprised to know that they are not safe at all. My 84 year old Mother signed a lease to stay in the Emeritus Clearwater Assisted Living facility. She paid an additional $5, 000.00 to lower her long term rent from $1, 500 / mo to $1, 000.00. I have an unauthorized charge on my mobile bill from this scam of a company. Verizon helped me to STOP these charges, but was unable to refund my money.
