I purchased a vehicle from this dealer on 12/4/2010 and he assured the vehicle was in good condition. The day after purchasing vehicle I began to have several problems with the vehicle from the brakes squeaking real bad to loud popping noises in the wheels. I am a Private Investigator who uses GPS trackers on cases. I purchased one of the most expensive units just to find out they will not service their units. Their web page advertises that they have immediate service replys. I have had to e-mail this company many time just to get a reply. Their techincal supports *** as well as their employees that I have talked with. I have money, this is not the issue, I just asked that they test the unit they sold to me which I continued to get the same reply, "well we know that it works". I paid over $400.00 for new eyeglasses in Dec 2008. Exactly 12 months later Dec. 2009 the lenses were cloudy due to a coating wearing off. My family and I decided to eat at Ryan's. I have recently had surgery that limits my amount of food intake to a MAXIMUM of 4oz. I am still unable to eat even that much ! When my mother bought her car in 2007 - she was refused live insurance. My dad was put in a home in 2010. We went to the local ford dealer for help to reduce payment amounts or buy back the car - to no avail. My mother passed away on Jan 02, 2011. Again I went to the ford dealer for help - to no avail. I have driven and owned a ford for 30 years and just bought a 2010 F150 in October. The ford service is great, but they wont get my money or business anymore either because of the incosiderate behavior portrayed by the dealership.
