Also I received tracking number ZEWGDM 421-727060-7 but no luck to check really. I was told by the salesman on-liine that it will be around one week to 10days. I was hired in October 2010. Part of my compensation package as outlined in my letter of employment was a 10% staff discount which can only be obtained by using an HBC Mastercard (interest rate 18.99%) at the service desks. The employee discount would apparently show up on the monthly statement not at the checkout. Well it is January 12th, 2011 and there is no discount on my HBC purchases. We paid the requested deposit - they claim they did not have notification although I have the proof of delivery of notification of payment. Mistake one - assume someone advertising in the yellow pages is trustworthy and will deliver as agreed. I asked him to quote for an external system; he quoted for both internal and external and when I accepted the quote for the external system but queried the other quote, he insisted the other work must be done. Our banister has been loose since we have moved in over a year ago. Well, it broke on12/21 off the wall and my husband fell down the stairs. We told them about it when we first moved in but they didn't do anything about it. They still won't and since my husband wasn't hurt seriously enough for them, they won't even pay for the ER bills or his lost time from work. I am the original owner of a 2006 Mercedes E 350 which has been serviced on time by Mercedes dealers exclusively. December 2010 at 80, 000 miles the transmission failed and the repair was $6, 550.00. Avis offers to fill your tank with gas at approximately the going rate $3.20 (in sf) when you return their rentals. Sounds like a convenience, but beware! The contract states that you will be charged for a FULL tank of gas regardless of how much is in the tank when you return it! in my case with a chevy impala the cost was over $60, even though i returned it with more than 1/2 tank of gas in the car. Heavy taxes are also applied to the gas fee. Forego this one and fill up at a nearby gas station before returning the car. read full review »

I hired logicmanse.com through Guru and after 2 yrs on a project that should have been only 6mos max they company never delivered what they where supposed to create. After giving a deadline of 8mos extra they still could not deliver and were very hard to get in touch with. I purchased a Southern Cross Lawn Mower from Game at Westgate and when I took the lawn mower out of the box, it seemed some of the assembly screws were missing . Ordered "UGG" boots Nov 30, 2010. Finally received them today 12/30. They are fake!! Workmanship is sloppy and material is flimsy. Also, did not receive style and color ordered. Have instructed my VISA company to reverse the charge. Can't find a phone number for them and their customer service dept is a different web address. Also, their return policy says no credit allowed 10 days after receipt of order. The sloppy spelling on their order acknowledgement should have been a clue.
