I have lost my job becasue of the ridiculous people in newage, I outsourced to new age and they havent deivered me any thing and i have to pay back to the client for the lose.I see that few employees who claim to be senoir who handles the project, they are really rookies who even dont know how to handle a project.The coordinator of the project is really a rookie.I am gonna sue those rookies who spoiled my business. We bought a LG washer and after 2.5 months the door interlock has failed, when service was requested, the A1 rep trouble shoot over the phone. He said the problem was the interlock assembly, it took about 1.5 weeks to get the part and when it was installed, it failed. The appliance A1 rep told me there is only two more items it could be. I told him to order the parts and I hope it would not take a week to get the componets when they had committed to 1 day over night. Let me preface this by saying that this could be some freak incident whereby a Datadoctors software malfunction or something could have caused this to happen. But there also a few issues which have nothing to do with technical details. I recently made a purchase from WeGotBetterDeals. The item was advertised as BRAND NEW and UNOPENED on EBay. (they also have a direct site) My item arrived and it was not only opened it was used!
I figured hey stuff happens so I would just reach out the them to get a replacement. This is where it went from bad to worse. Towards the end of my first month as a customer, I noticed one of my deposits did not come through. Jerry Ripley, owner and operator of the company "The Air Guy", does air compressor maintenance, installs, and related work. His work is substandard, using used parts in some cases. Does not complete work as contracted, even when confronted regarding uncompleted or incorrect work as per contract. He displays a very unprofessional attitude at times. He is also a liar and a thief. We had a washer & dryer damaged in our move. Our moving company hired this company to repair the damages to BOTH machines. The first call, they came right out to evaluate the damage. They arrived promptly at 8 am, when they promised only 8 to 12 on the schedule. The technician said he did not believe that the dryer needed any attention but he did NOT look at the bottom of the unit, where the damage was reported. I have spent numerous hours on the phone waiting for someone to answer, then getting disconnected, then spending even more wait time when transferred to someone else! Scammer's = Blackwell Construction Inc from Des Moines, Iowa hired us to do a Iowa Department of Transportation tree clearing project. Once the job was completed, they got paided from the IDOT and neglected to pay us.
We have $10, 000 out in payroll, fuel, and equipement rental and now this! They owe us $20, 000 on the job yet and the IDOT is holding money in hopes of being able to pay us instead of Pierre Blackwell with Blackwell Construction.

This person went to the store to pick the product up, however they sold it in early january. So, the product was not available anymore. My close friend Sarah Collins who has 2 small children applied to rent this house located on Maple St. in Loch Lomond . Sarah Collins turned in her application on Jan. 10, 2011 and at that time asked Lisa at AGM if there were any other applications turned in and was told that they had given one out but it didn't come back yet.
