I purchased a Dell XPS laptop in January 2009 and then promptly hopped on a plane to Mexico for a few months of vacation time. Almost immediately (within days) I started having problems and the laptop crashed. I bought the truck new, 2008 F350 diesel, the water in fuel light would come on all the time, I would keep draining it and when I took it in to have it checked they found no problems, I kept in serviced and changed out the fuel filters. The last time I changed the fuel filter the light quit coming on, with 8000 miles on the fuel filter the truck quit... TV advertising misleading on price and shipping and handling. They say you get a second unit free but don't specifically tell you that a $14.95 shipping and handling charge is added for the second unit. They only provide One set of specialty insert pans even though you are sent two units. If you wants to buy a second set of pans it will cost you and additional $19.90. I took my 2002 Ranger in for an oil change. The tech @ service writer said I needed a total of $1, 085.00 of work on my truck. They led me to beleave this work was of a priority because it was in the front suspension @ engine. I took my truck to another repair shop @ was told all I needed was the coolant flush ($100.00) . I hired Sharp Ace Contractors to renovate two bathrooms, kitchens, and refinish the floor throughout my duplex. Among the many issues that I had throughout the project, and the fact that the project took 6 months to complete. The final walk through of the project was atrocious. Watch out for Cell Phone Care Center of Arlington, Virginia. They are a major scammer and have scammed a lot of customers. I took my screen in for replacement and I could not believe it but the technician they had there ended up breaking one of the connectors while try to remove it. He appologized but ended up adding the repair charge to my screen replacement cost and then when I refused to pay, they said that then they could not give us our cell phone back. He wanted to tear all of our buildings apart to put put in dryer vents that would of never passed code or inspection.
