Being a devoted and continuing patron of Rio and having an anniversary dinner with my wife. We were served a fantastic dinner, steak and potatoes along with vegetables, fabulous. Problem, taking one bite we had to stop eating as my wife has heart and lung problems and the food was salty beyond belief. After 5 months I still had nothing in my hand and their rep (Drew Romagnoli) continued to ask me to be patient, though he still could not tell me when I would see this ad book. I have been buying Brooks Brothers never iron shirts for at least 10 years now. I have always enjoyed the fit and the pressed look. The longevity has always been an issue and getting more than 2 years without the shirts disintegrating was a stretch. Seems that the permanent "creases" in the sleeves are the weak link. However, more recently I have seen a definite deterioration in quality and fit, particulary in the Short Sleeve shirts. Recently turned in our 2008 leased Jeep Grand Cherokee. Way under miles and in perfect condition. Dell has placed my new computer on hold and will not return it. I want it fixed or a new one sent to me. How would you like to be without a computer for you business. Dell has cost me a lot of money. The battery has been intermitant since it was purchased last Oct. I was detained by Officer David Baffuto for what seemed like a bank robbery. The Sunrise police did nothing to this corrupt cop. After all the dust cleared, he finally allowed me to leave, and thus ruining my vacation in South Florida. I asked what I was being detained for, mind you, I had just gotten some groceries from the store, and he wouldn't answer.
