Captovs contacted me about a year ago to do a LCD service call. I then started doing more and more work for them. It took them about 6 months to pay and when they did is was not all they owed. Purchased a Sofa -Loveseat- Chair Set from Rooms to Go delivered by the end of November 2010. Within a month the cushions were breaking down, so contacted them to review product. I am a NH Contractor who is please overall with ServiceMagic. Sometimes there is a bogus lead but for the most part I land approx. 80% of the leads provided which has doubled my business in the past 5 years that I've been signed up with them. The key is to stick with the leads you are the most comfortable selling and keep within your monthly budget. When I notified this companies telemarketing arm METRO LYNX that their continued calls were costing my company money they told me they had no way to remove me from their call list. The initial rep claimed to have found us in the yellow pages and offered to stop calling but informed me that thirty others would not. I was offered a supervisor who claimed they found us on Salesgenie and offered me their phone number. The supervisor then advised they have no internal do not call ability and could not stop calling. I would give the cats themselves 10 stars in terms of personality, but they are both in poor health and my experience with Jane was so awful I cannot help but to tell my story and suggest you buy these wonderful breed of cats elsewhere. Sensa promised a free trial of their product. They are disreputable. This company has very misleading adds. They promise a free trial for shipping charges only, then automatically charge for the product- including the "free" trial on the credit card. They use the information given to pay for the shhipping and then add automatic payment to your credit card. O2 gearshop had a fantastic offer on an arc'teryx jacket. I was promised the jacket within 5-7 business days. I was contacted by O2 and there was an issue with another item I purchased. So the shipment was delayed by 3 weeks. After3 weeks I got the delayed item but not the jacket ! unbelievable ! We completed 100% of our contract and he kept getting draws from the Iowa Department of Transportation but didn;t pay us. They damaged the majority of my furniture during a move from New Orleans to Virginia. I had to replace almost everything they damaged. The damage was beyond repairable. They denied doing any of the damage even after the driver writing of the invoice that he damaged it. The stated it was damaged while in my possession. Rather, it is the plastic top of the container. The product model is Morton's Coarse Sea Salt, packed in the 17.6 oz. tube, apparently made of plastic or plasticized paper, black on top and blue on the bottom. Number stamped on bottom is LA 101100319. The 'flaps' should be softer, so as to facilitate easy piercing. Instead, they are as brittle as the entire top of the container. I took up the offer of free teeth-whitening pens from the above companies with the cost of shipping at £1 per co. I received a call from the Fraud Prevention Department of my bank with morning who advised me that these companies have taken in total just over £90 from my account. I have tried emailing these deceptive companies but they have bounced back. We booked a 2 week holiday with Travel Republic> when we got to Luxor the Hotel Isis was NOT as advertised from the stinking rooms to the city view which is a dirty noisy street. I've been a good customer for over a year. Scheduled recurring payments to make things easier. Now i'm having constant billing issues and I just about had it. First off, I am permently disabled and receiving Social Security Disability. My montly payments come in on the 3rd of each and every month. I revceive unemployment compensation payments weekly. I file my claim every sunday night at midnight. The recording says it will be processes within 24 hours, usually I receive an email within that time telling me that it was processed. The problem is US Bank keeps my money for an extra 24 hours adter the payment is sent to them. It hasnt been available before tuesday morning since I started the benefits.
