I have been trying for 3 days to access my account information on AT&T, where I pay for local, long distance and DSL services. The website is absolutely hopeless. I took my 99' Ford to get a new battery at the 40k on odometer and took to NTB. At the time I didn't realize they hooked up the battery haphazardly, and left the negative terminal loose. After a few week's, I notice an excess of corrosion around the negative terminal with build up of powder. I cleaned the terminal, and left it at that. Metroplex is a nightmare. Purchased an item for Christmas and paid for "international shipping" (to Canada). Three weeks later, still no item and then asked them when it had been shipped and for tracking ID. No such thing as they don't have one and was then informed that do not ship internationally...even though I just paid them $50 to do exactly that.
