We've ordered lots products from IBOX TRADE in Hong Kong. The sample that they sent to us is fine but when we received our orders it was terrible! They made lots mistakes and the owner had guaranteed us that he will follow our request but none of it happened. When we tried to contact him he just disappeared. Very irresponsible. I ordered the game Cars (Disney, Pixar) and one other game from Play-Asia for my son's XBox 360. They sent one game region free but they sent Cars for the East Asia region, even though I am in the middle east which uses the Europe region consoles. I complained to them and they said I would have to pay the postage costs plus a restocking fee plus they would cancel the coupon reduction used. I am member of Asia Miles linked with Cathay Pacific Air mileage program since 2001. These interlinked companies are located in China. I have accrued lot of mileage points , but so far in last 6 years I am not able to redeem and on so many occasions my points lapsed. All discs were defective and would not play on either of my dvd players. I returned all discs on April 18, 2007 and have not heard one word from them since. They seem to be ignoring my emails. I was very much unhappy with their service. About a month ago, I was shopping in a local telecom service center for a mobile phone, but my American Express card got error all the time. We are owners of 2 timeshare weeks at Marriott's Cypress Harbor in Orlando. This is a big, 2 BR, 2Bath unit that sleeps 8. We have been trying since January to trade a week for a similar unit on the island of Oahu in July. In February, after calling Interval International every day, (the exchange company which is owned by Marriott), we were able to get an efficiency in Oahu for that week. I ordered a dress from this company! Paid for shipping which was over 40 bucks! And its going on over a month and still no dress!! Called the company they say they are in hong kong but the number is Tampa fl! No one answered so I left a message! The guy called me back at 2 am! Said he didn't know and will send me an email!!
