Wow! What can one say, our Occidental Grand Punta Cana Vacation taken through "Back to the Caribbean Vacations" was great. My Family, have been long time Nissan owners.My husband and 2 daughters are Nissan owners and we have purchased multiple nissan products over the years. My issue is with our 2002 nissan Altima, which is rusting on the front passenger and drivers floor. I helped these people out last year when they called and told me they really needed the work so I agreed to 2 sessions. I just got a bill in the mail for service that I never even ordered ! I received a book from Jerry Baker Living Well Books called "Suppermarket Super Products, " which I did not order and am expected to pay for or send back though there is no return postage included! I called their customer service and was lied to, saying that I signed a card saying I wanted the book...I DID NOT! Hydroxatone falsely advertised a free to first 100 customers ad on cable TV in November 2010 that would reduce lines and wrinkles, puffiness under eyes and in corners for S&H of $7.95 charged to my credit card. I purchased a laptop computer from Sams in August of 2009 after comparing warranty policies of Staples, Sams and Costco. We signed a contract & insured our possession for move/storage with this company. While in storage at one of their facilities, their was a fire and our belongings were moved from the Landover storage to the Gaithersburg Md facility. Which we discovered on our own with notification from the company we paid a storage/insurance fee monthly. When our property was returned, a lot of our property was missing & some was damaged. The company sent a claim form, we filed & the claim was denied then just dismissed. Everything " the truth about cleaning franchises" has said is true however you won't find the franchisor to be forthcoming in terms of the manpower required nor the amount that is charged to service said accounts. My account was suddenly closed. When I called to find out the reason I was told that the recent activity on my card was the reason for closing the account. The only activity that had been done on the account in the past two months was paying off the total balance and then using the card and paying it off in order to accrue more fun points. Upon the closing of my account all of the points I had accrued over the three years of having the card were forfeited as per their policy. We recently rented a Chevy from Fox Car Rental near LAX. When we were driving the car out of the lot, we heard a noise and asked them to check it out, which they said was coming from the AC. The shipping said it weighed 33.2 pounds and she was charged $39.95 for shipping via UPS. I sent the package back via UPS in the same box and it cost me $25.75 and te weight was 16.18 pounds.
