I bought a pair of alexandrite earrings. When they were looked at by a certifiied gemologist, the stones were of two diffent grades and the quality was very low. Two years ago we downloaded Cyberdefender's free software to protect against computer viruses. My husband upgraded our package and subscribed to a two year service contract for $254. Last month I attempted to have an additional $2, 000 per month drafted from a different checking account and sent to CSC Logic. I followed their directions by faxing their form for a "electronic funds transfer authorization account". I got my credit score from ScoreSense.com. The charge was $1. If I didn't cancel (which I did less than 5 minutes after getting my report) I would be charged $29.95 a month. GUESS WHAT?! I ordered a report from experians website not freecreditreport. I checked and they are the same company. I called and they refused to refund the money actually telling me to go to the site and see where it says it a trial. Don't do it! I ordered 2 weeks ago for my girlfriends birthday on March 10th. They were to deliver between 11am - 3pm. I got an email from customer service at 4:30 pm... the day of scheduled delivery, asking me for extra money because of the distance from the local flower shop to the place of delivery.
