On two occasions, I have waited in excess of fifteen minutes to be waited on. # 1 The teller was explaining a particular banking procedure to the only person in the bank other than myself. Instead of acknowledging me, she continued with the explanation. If I were there to do a major, time consuming transaction, I would understand more, but I just wanted to cash a check. Maybe a two or three minute transaction. This company held products I ordered for over a month because of a backordered item. When they finally sent the items, one was missing and I never received a credit for the item which they had charged me for at the time it was ordered. It is nearly impossible to talk to anyone in person and if you have the opportunity to do so they cannot do anything to help you. Ordered boots 12 of January. Credit card charged same day. At the end of January I tried to track order with no success. I called and they said they would fix the problem. My son was due to fly out of Orlando Airport this morning at 7:30. Air Tran's website states that you should be at the airport at least ninty minutes before your departure time. My son was at the airport on time, checked in with no baggage to check and made it thru security without any problems. Head bartender (who still works there despite my complaints to the restaurant) talked me into staying after hours after the bar was closed and the door was locked and everyone else had left, then gave me free and on the house, several shots of Yagermeister all for the purpose of getting me drunk & impair my judgement, then inappropriately harass me. I applied for a online payday loan and before you got your answere you had to sign up for a national platnum card. I did and there was a 99.95 fee and when they called me 3 times to comfirm this I said I did not want the card, I did not have the money for it. This company has hit my bank account 3 times for 99.95, 99.49, and 99.00. And they will not refund my money. They said I did not get back with them. I talked with so many people that could hardly speak english that is where it got messed up. Beware Note that Dri*app World is hacking into even gas station pumps and using it to get your personal information. Pulled into a gas station in Rock Hill, SC and pumped gas(as usual). I was about the only one that was dressed in a professional manner and when I looked around I was shocked at how sloppy some of the applicants were dressed. My Virgin Mobile Broadband2go wireless modem failed on 2-3-2011. I contacted Tech Support and could not understand any of the tech's. They could not speak english! I checked the phone number for the dialup and found that it was not in service, during the next 16 calls and 6 hours, 22 minutes trying to explain to them what their problem was. We had orders from our customers for bottles, confirmed available inventory with DiscountMugs.com, then DiscountMugs.com took our order, processed our credit card, and called us 4 days later to tell us they had sold our bottles to someone else, were out of inventory, and could only provide us with 8% of our order. My family and I just finished a weeklong stay in Orlando. I had found our room on vrbo.com and it fit what we needed. (2 bedrooms, heated pool, price was right!). I called Run Local Locksmith for unbolting the main door of the house. My husband had taken it with him by mistake on his week long trip. The other set was at his office whose key in turn was inside the house. I was quite amazed to find the locksmith ask me to prove that this is my house before he begins to open the locks. This company has countless suits against them. The lease credit card terminals to small businesses and then do not inform them when the lease is up and for what is worth $200-$400 for this machine, turns into thousands of dollars that they deduct from your business account. They never give you a copy of the lease and if you are one of the few that get the copy, it is not signed by the business.
