If you ever experienced worse service try Travisa outsourcing for OCI card processing. I can bet you can never experience worse service than these people. Their phone is 90% of the time engaged, if you manage to get through that then 2 hrs of wait. Then uneducated, un helpful and rude service is all what you get. I have sent all required documents but they kept on asking same documents one after the other. I got totally tired of mailing these documents one after the other and finally getting back passport itself is a night mare. Privacy.com has fraudulently obtained access to many peoples accounts. This is a crime. Please contact the FBI internet crime department as they need a large base of consumers to aggressively pursue. A file has already been started. Do not just complain, get them stopped. They obtain the info from classmates.com and take money from accounts which have not signed up for the service. Encourage people to file a complaint it is very simple and unobtrusive. They will get your money back if you can not but it will take a while. I received a Blackjack scratch off card from Air One of Michigan. After scratching it off I determined I was a winner on hand 2. When I called to claim my prize they asked me if I was a US resident, over 21 and was I married and had full time employment. I have had my mortgage with Wells Fargo for almost 20 yrs & have a 2 week grace period on contract before late fees are charged. Filled out a survey online and was told to pick a free gift, I chose the electric cig kit and put credit info. in to pay shipping & handeling. When my next bank statement came there was a charge of 70.00 on it.I never agreed to purchase anything and there was nothing about a trial period. This company lures you in with cheap discount rates and tells you they will mail you the terms of your agreement afte it has been approved. The terms of which you have come to understand through telephone conversations with their agents. Freight Shipping uses multiple carriers. In my case, it is YRC. I was told by a representative and the YRC online tracking that my shipping will arrive on a date. I take a day off that day at home waiting for the delivery. At around 3:00 PM YRC contacted me and said that I need to make an appointment for the delivery which won't happen on the same day. Provo Craft sued and settled out of court Make-the-Cut software and now I cannot use it on my Cricut. I bought the Cricut specifically to use a 3rd party software with it, plus buy Provo Craft cartridges. For the love of Pete, this company has no clue when it comes to keep their customers happy. We had a house fire and have been trying to get the insurance check endorsed so we can pay the contractor and finish the repairs. When we initially notified SPS we were sent a package of documents and told to have them signed and returned, which we did, along with the insurance check that was made payable to us and SPS.
