When making a reservation for a hotel in Palm Springs, the agent talked us into something that was guaranteed to get us a $40 credit off of our reservation. Sounds good but DON'T take it. That apparently agrees to membership in their "club" that offers discount travel. IF you do get into it, call and cancel your membership and call your credit card provider and dispute that charge and any future charges. It will show up as TLG*TRVLADV on your credit card. I received Explanation of Benefits statements for my uncle totalling over $7000 for claims submitted by Rotech on behalf on Arrowhealth Medical Supply in Bloomington, MN. Problem is that the service dates were in 2010 and 2011 and my uncle died in 2007. When I called Rotech, all I was told was not to worry - "they" realized they had made a mistake. Has anyone ever been mad over the work these contractors do in your home? How many of us hire 2 for the same job, one to do the job and the other to fix it. Yet, you never see a complaint because people just accept it and don't have the time to fight over it. I found this company offering great deals on Hot Tubs, referencing 'Island Escape' as one of the manufacturers they carry. I have had U-Verse installed for a little over 6 months. Within this time, I have contacted technical support for my TV and Internet at least one per month. My wireless connectivity is intermittent. The technicians run line tests, reset channels, have me reset everything in my house...they have sent me additional parts to plug into my computer, my laptop, etc...they have even tried to have me pay for a new router. I got this purchase on my creditcard On December 10. Three charges, $39.90, $49.95, $9.95. I received a temporary refund in January. They then sent me a letter of reversal of the credit and reposted the $39.90 and $49.95 in February. I called them and spoke to a lafy named Bianca and she told me that it shows that these products showed they shipped out, but I physically never recieved anything just a bunch of e-mails.
