charged me an additional $39:00

He said that a particular program was being offered at a 95% discount for $9.00. However, as soon as I signed up, I was told that there was an additional 39.90 involved, for another product, which was not mentioned earlier.

PLEASE HELP EXPOSE THIS CHEAT!!

refund on nonexistant products

I got this purchase on my creditcard On December 10. Three charges, $39.90, $49.95, $9.95. I received a temporary refund in January. They then sent me a letter of reversal of the credit and reposted the $39.90 and $49.95 in February. I called them and spoke to a lafy named Bianca and she told me that it shows that these products showed they shipped out, but I physically never recieved anything just a bunch of e-mails. I DO NOT want to be charged about $100 for e-mails which I did. It never got resolved, and now I am filing a complain with you and the BBB.
