I am so angry, I thought I would try this company's product and signed on for my free trial. I was charged for the trial and I never received any product. Two weeks later I was charged once again on my Visa, still no product. I received an email saying they were sorry, that the shipment was turned around at customs. They bill me for phone calls that I never made, at the times when I am not even home (sunday mornings when I go to church, or mornings when I drive my son to school) or before I even wake up. I received the Bell & Howell Solar Motion Activated Animal Repeller and after letting it stand in the sun for 24 hr's like the instructions say to do? We leased our credit card machine from these criminals. They continued to debit our checking account for lease payments after we had paid in full for the credit card machine. I had to pay a "Cancellation" fee even though we had no contract and had paid in full and then some for the credit card machine. All this transpired over 2 years ago. PINNACLE represents T-MOBILE and I terminated my contract with T-MOBILE and am subject to early termination fees. I was not able to pay PINNACLE the final $450 on time and now PINNACLE is reporting me multiple times for the same thing and same account to the credit agencies.
