Stay away from this site if you are ordering from outside the US! The sizes are erroneous (deadly .. example : a 29 fits a 34) and then .. the return policy : more than one month to have your return handled, no refund for most of the items, which leaves you with having to purchase items you do not want to use your balance. When I ordered the 14.99 chef basket, I was charged at the end of the transaction 55.17. I immediately attempted to cancel the order. I got the "run-around, " so I decided to put a hold on my credit card for over a month. Again, I cancelled the order and I figured I was in the clear, so I reactivated my credit card. I've also had a problem receiving a refund for a product that I was first told was in stock and then told was on backorder. The order was placed last summer and I finally canceled it in November 2010. I was told to wait 2-3 billing cycles on my credit card for the refund to show up. Illumibrite has been offering a free trial of their teeth whitening system. I fell for it and ordered it on-line. Illumibrite charged me $94.97 for a club membership after sending me a free trial of their product. I used a credit card to pay for the shipping and handling. Upon calling them and discussing the extra charge, they refused to drop the "club" charge but agreed to cancle my "membership". I contacted my credit card company. We bought the top of the line commercial flooring made by WilsonArt for a high end dermatology office/spa. We were told that this is the most resistant material and that it would withstand all sorts of damage and not get scratched or dented. I only call one older relative (she has no email/Skype account) in Ireland at Christmas and her birthday, so a few months will go by before I call again.
