My home loan was recently reasigned to Walter Mortgage Company located in Ridgeland, MS from Marix Servicing. A person by the name of Mr. Emerson has been talking to me in the rudest manner. He has even told me that if my payment is not in his office by the 5th of March...that he would start foreclosure procedings against me. I never want to talk to this person again...What can I do?
