Buyer BEWARE!! This company sold me bamboo flooring that their advertising states is 27% harder than hardwood. I had the flooring installed and it looked beautiful... until it was walked on. I had 10 unauthorized charges to my account when I checked my statement this morning. I get alerts sent to my cell phone with BOA for overseas charges. They claim they are a third party collector for some credit card company. I think they are illegally doing this and am pursuing it with my bank and the Attorney General's office. Around may 6, I ordered hair from this company and I paid $307 plus $40 for over night shipping. Today is June 10, 2011 and I have not received the hair. This company says it is not their problem. PINNACLE represents T-MOBILE and I terminated my contract with T-MOBILE and am subject to early termination fees. I was not able to pay PINNACLE the final $450 on time and now PINNACLE is reporting me multiple times for the same thing and same account to the credit agencies.
