AT&T
August 5, 2006
This is one of those outrageous early termination fee compaints. Had $15.99 internet scheduled in July for one year. I lived in Indiana until that May of 2006, at which time I moved to Ohio. Since AT&T did not cover Ohio I had to terminate my service 4 months early of the contract. So of course they sent me a $200.00 early termination fee bill. Do the math and you might realize something doesn't add up. For 4 months at $16.00 there would only have been a bill of $64.00. I figured this was fishy enough to pass on to everyone to BE WARY with AT&T/YAHOO (Formerly SBC/YAHOO)!!! Crooked, Crooked, Crooked. read full review »

Mattress Expo
August 5, 2006
On 7/2/2006, Kirk Hudson sold us the Southerland Dreamliner twin mattress 'set'. We picked it up ourselves, but only after getting home did we discover that the mattress 'set' was not the expected mattress and box spring, but mattress and box platform--no springs--just wood, cardboard, and fabric! We'd never heard of such a thing, and he never mentioned it. We called the store, only to be told that there was a $149.00 fee to be allowed to purchase a higher priced mattress. There were NO refunds! The mattre... read full review »

Ace Hardware
August 5, 2006
I recently visited Ace Hardware and now I cannot sleep from the nightmare that unfolded while I was there. The Pet Department was filled with cages of dogs, puppies, cats, kittens, rabbits, etc. They were all sleeping. I clapped at their cages trying for a response from an animal. I barked, meowed and more. Not one animal moved even an eye. Finally a store clerk came over to assist me. He did not understand what I wanted. The clerk opened a cage of a baby rabbit. The animal hung lifeless in his hands and did not move at all. It was drugged... read full review »

Intex
July 28, 2006
I purchased my second Intex pool recently. My first one that I had for 3 years burned up in a fire. Intex is now selling their large pools with a smaller size pump. The previous pump Model 520 @ 2000 gph was barely enough for this size pool and actually wasn't large enough. They are now selling the Model 635 @ 1500 gph with their 18' x 48' size pools. This pump is not large enough for these size pools. And the pump I received does not sound very good either. The filters are smaller which causes you to purchase more... read full review »

I post this in order to help any brides considering purchasing their dresses to refrain from going to Sherwood Bridal - Bridal Wardrobe (Ajax, Ontario). You may not get your dress on time for your wedding and it will likely cause you heartache and chaos. I have around 4 weeks to my wedding and 6 months ago I ordered my dress and veil. I was promised the dress a month ago and the veil 5 months ago (all items are paid in full), yet I still do not have my dress. Checked into the Microtel Inn @ 1840 Corporate Blvd in Atlanta GA (Buckhead area) and encountered the following issues: - dirty room (debri on bathroom floor) - bath towels stained - stained and unsightly hallway carpet - TV remote didn't work - noise from hallway and next door (slamming doors/ crying child/slamming drawers in adjoining room). Ironically I requested a quiet location and room. The hotel managers response was uncaring and unacceptable. Privacy Guard
July 28, 2006
I can't remember from what, but through Bank of America, I was automatically signed up for a free trial period of Privacy Guard. Knowing I would eventually have to pay for this service, for which I neither asked for nor wanted, I immediately canceled it. I never used their service, couldn't even tell you what it is they offer. Three months later or so, I got a bill from Privacy Guard. I called, made them remove it, because I had already canceled. I thought that was really conniving of them, but I passed it off as a potential mistake. At... read full review »

Hello, my complaint is against First Premier Bank. I am telling everyone do not deal with them at all. This bank DO NOT HELP YOU REBUILD CREDIT. Dunkin Donuts
July 21, 2006
This is the second week in a row that we've noticed a decline in product quality at Dunkin Donuts (Annapolis Maryland). The donuts appear smaller, greasier, less appetizing, less appealing colors, less wholesome and do not taste the same as they did just a couple of months ago. The chocolate tastes off. The blueberry tastes like something one would get out of a freezer box and cook in a microwave. The glazed is the saddest. It's hardly risen, and the coating is almost non-existent.
