I inherited a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 Lone Star Edition from my father-in -law in August of 2006. I was just looking over the truck and noticed that the upper ball joint rubbers were busted open and all of the grease was gone. I got the truck at 24000 miles and now it has 28000 miles. The truck is over 3 years old and out of warranty. Does anyone know if there is any recourse from the factory about this? I undrestand this is a widespread problem on these trucks. I ordered the storm shutters in april and gave them a deposit of 15000.00 . They were supposed to install them in september, the owner came out in sept and told me they needed to upgrade the material and it would be another deposit of 4000.00 they came out in october and started to install but left after four hours, now i have half of the shutters laying around my property. This company will tie you in to a five year contract make all types of offer and once you sign the paper work there is no out of this contract they will not even charge you an early termination fee, they told me they will just ruin my credit and report me to the credit bureau. So if you loose your job or if you find out that your child is ill and he requires expensive meds you can not break this contract. I purchased a sliver phone in May of 2006. The reason for my choice was because I wanted the service of a phone with the music feature. My service provider network is Cellular. I bought a camera and the matching printer a Christmas present for my daughter. Workers have fallen and they do not make an accident report and do not even acknowledge that one has fallen. They have meetings and they do not pay for that time. On October 18, 2006 I ordered a meatball parmesan hero on garlic bread from Royal Pizza on route 112, in Patchogue. My wife and I opened an account at this bank a couple of weeks ago. We reviewed the banks funds availability and felt we had everything down pretty well. Boy were we wrong! I have a Sears Kenmore Elite H3 Washer that has a moldy smell. The rubber gasket smells and I have wiped out mold from underneath the gasket. I have called Sears and Kenmore without any help.
