Sears - Sump Pumps
We had two sump pumps die on us in February. We went to the Sears store with them, they had a lifetime warranty, the store said we had to take them to the repair center. We took them to the repair center and they said they do not touch sump pumps they have to be replaced. We then called Sears and they said they had to send out a tech to check them. I ordered a light fixture from Decorating Etc. on 9/18/06. The light had not shipped after 3 weeks so I called to find out the status of the order. We stayed at the Comfort Suites of Mackinac City MI. It was a very disappointing trip.When we first arrived the room we reserved was given away so they wanted to upgrade us for a "small fee" after I protested a lot we were given the bigger room for the price of the one we reserved.

My wife just purchased a 2007 Pathfinder LE from Carlock Nissan in Jackson Tennessee. Needing to find out why the doors did not lock when putting vehicle into drive, the first question from the service rep was: Did you purchase the vehicle here? That was not the correct answer I was looking for. Answer to initial question is that no Nissan products offer auto lock and unlock. I am severely disappointed in this business. In the end it cost me, as they would not refund anywhere near the total amt I paid, and I ended up with no gift delivered. Out of ~$65, they refunded less than 1/5th of the total. I would advise anyone against giving this company your money.

I purchased a can of Campbell's Chunky brand Chicken & Corn Chowder on 12/4/06. Actualy, I had purchsed 6 cans of their soup in 3 varieties.

This morning we went to Walmart with our "ticket" (to receive our Wii console)we were issued last night by a store manager only to find out it was VOID! Napster has the most difficult if not impossible automated voice system I have ever encountered. I've been trying to call because my free MP3 player's shipment keeps getting delayed, but I can't talk to a person to save my own life.
The automated voice, which is grating, reads directly from the web-site and refers me to [email protected], which refers me BACK to the 1-800 number. And don't even try pressing zero to talk to an operator, he just starts his message over and eventually hangs up.
