Continental Finance Master Card
January 8, 2007
I ordered Continental Master Card on line on December 8,2006 and received the card shortly thereafter. I received a notice of charges and payment due of $50.00 before I activated the card. There were $247.00 in set up and other service charges on the card leaving $53.00 available credit. I made a purchase of $47.08 at office depot on 12/30/06 and no other charges. I called the Continental Finance on 01/03/07 to make a payment of $50.00 via check card. I spoke with someone named Rose Spears who advised me that I could not make a payment a... read full review »

LG Electronics Washer/Dryer
January 7, 2007
December 2005 I purchased a front loading LG washer/dryer combo from a local Best Buy. The washer has given fair performance, but the dryer is pure junk. I have the second dryer now after three service calls, with time off from work for these calls, and wrangling with the inept, don't care about the customer, customer service rep;s who work for LG. The first dryer had defective rollers right out of the box. No amount of new rollers in the previous, or the present dryer will remedy this problem. LG will give you the same old song and dance... read full review »

Rescue Rooter
January 7, 2007
I had a pipe leak Nov 2006 that required emergency plumber visit. the plumber came and quoted me $1000 to repipe a small section, less than 3 feet. It was a Sunday and veterans day weekend so i let him go ahead and do the work. this plumber and this company takes advantage of other people's situation. the quote is overpriced. normally something like that costs not more than $500 being a Sunday, holiday weekend and emergency. cannot understand how this company in good conscience charge me that amount. Everyone beware of this company. read full review »

Copeland Marketing
January 6, 2007
My husband and I signed up with Copeland Marketing on June 27, 2006 to have our property in Wisconsin Dells sold by Copeland Marketing. To this day we have never heard from the company and have not seen our property listed on the internet as promised. My husband paid $899.00 to Rick Berman and to this day he has never contacted us to leave us know how things are going and we are unable to reach him to find out how things are, it is almost a year later and we are still sitting on property that we are not using at all. Greene uniform co. is the worst company to deal with, no only do they never pick up their phone line, but when you do get through to them, it is the worst customer service ever! I had to go to their store in New York City (Bronx) in order to exchange items because they also messed up my order. The store is disgusting! My husband woke up early today to go to Fry's Campbell, CA and see if this store has a Nintendo Wii available. He was there before the store opened at 10 am. When the doors opened, he headed straight to their games department and saw a sales associate ringing the last Wii console they have. On the 26th I received an email, asking me to call to confirm. I did. The salesman, Ed Sharp, tried to sell me memory cards, and then a "better" battery.
