I placed a call on Friday and spoke with Mark Miller asking him about a 2006 Sequoia. I ordered A Bunn 10 cup coffee pot replacement pot from TotalVac.com and they told me it would be delivered in 3 to 5 business days I later find out they dont even stock the product or have it in there warehouse when i purchased it I don't no when they will get it in. Black & Decker used to mean quality in home appliances and you could feel good about purchasing their products. This Quick N Easy food processor is garbage. Cheap, poorly manufactured plastic pieces and nobody gave any thought to the "convenient" spout which spews product all over the counter when you try to use it. I have had to replace two ELCs Air Compressors in my Deville, within a two year period. I wrote letters to the executive office. The executive assistant refuses to address my concerns. I had a HP 517 digital camera that would not take more than 3 or 4 pictures before the "battery dead" message appeared and it shut down. Sometimes turning it off then on again would "revive" it. Using regular alkaline AA batteries would't work - they caused the camera to shut down when I tried to take the very first picture. I called HP and after holding for quite a while each time, I had to talk to 9 different people in 3 sessions, most who's command of English was marginal. I was buying a box of chocolate lollypops at the same price of a box already made up. The price went up to $.60 from $.55 when sold separately. But seeing I eat one a day to keep my craving of chocolate to a minimum, I buy the whole box. Last time I paid $13.75 for the made up box, and today they wanted $18.75. I was aghast. This is an apartment complex. The quality of service is terrible. The maintenance staff aren't dependable and very slack on their job. The apartment manager gets stressed out and very defensive when you report problems in your apartment. She doesn't care as long as it doesn't affect her. She has used money for the complex to fix up her apartment while the tenants' apartments are in bad condition. I figured I would write a more legitimate complaint than my last one about Blockbuster not having an adult video section in any of their stores. First of all, Blockbuster doesn't carry ANYTHING on VHS anymore; everything is on DVD, so if you don't have a DVD player, you're screwed. But now to my main point. I am a business owner and my mother got very sick. I had to close my business so I could take care of her. The bills for the business fell behind. I received a notice from Com Ed stating that they were going to disconnect my service if I did not pay my bill. Homecomings Financial seems to be in the 'business' of CHEATING people OUT of their homes based on everything I've seen written online... On November 9th 2006 I applied for a home refinance. I used an internet mortgage search engine. I received 8 offers and I chose the best offer. I was the seller through Tupperware, and this person purchased from me. I sent the item a little late, and the buyer filed a dispute with Paypal. Paypal gave them their money back out of my account, but I had already shipped the item to them. So I appealed the dispute with a shipping tracking number, and I won the appeal with paypal because I had proof of delivery. Filled a request to refi 2 loans into 1 online. Had a previous experience with Ameriquest which we cancelled by recision within appropriate time although they said they did not receive the recision (whole other story). Was contacted by a mortgage broker in Arlington Heights, Ill. We told them we wanted no business with Ameriquest and was told the company was Argent and not to worry. Brenda Thornhill aka Richard Bailey purchased one set of Tupperware bowls from me, then requested a second set shipped to her. Brenda was shipped out the second set of Tupperware bowls, but she only paid for the one set (first set). She requested the second set after purchasing the first set from me. Re: woodstoves including Summers Heat, Englander, and timberidge. these are sold by Lowes as well as other distributors. We purchased our woodstove through Lowes in 8/05. It was back ordered and came in 9/05. Well right out of the box it was DOA ! An electrician did the wiring, including its own GFI. Since they opened a dominoes in a closer vicinity to our house. so we were automatically changed to this location. I never had a complaint or problem with the Shirley, NY store. I got into the college being told that a good deal of it would be paid for by financial aid. I was also told when i went in that all fees where and costs where included in tuition. I rely on sending my work out through Click N Ship because standing in line at the post office is just as bad. At the present time I have racked up approximately $148.50 in unprinted labels because their website just freezes up. What this amounts to is 9 times I tried to get the postage and it froze up and the 10th time it worked. BUT THEY DID MANAGE TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! On Aug 27, 2006, I placed an order for a one year subscription to Runner Times, It is now Jan 13, 2007. I have tried calling the company several times to no avail. Every call is picked up by an answering machine where I am asked to state my name, phone number and order number, so someone from customer service can look into the problem and return my call. In the beginning of Jan 7 I have found a bunch of coupons for IHOP restaurant “Buy One Breakfast get one free” in our local newspaper. In April and June 2006, I paid this company a total of about $4000 as a 50% of price of a BBQ. Since November 2006, I try to contact them asking for the delivery of the BBQ, First they told me that they will not deliver before January 2007. Now they don't answer any phone call. The brother of the owner, P. Bovard, told me that his brother has filed for bankruptcy, but the records of the bankruptcy at the San Bernandino Bankruptcy Court does not confirm it as of January 12, 2007. Two days after Christmas I went into the Motherhood Maternity Store at Town Center Mall in Kennesaw, Georgia. I spent a little time browsing around and came a really cute dress on a clearance rack. The same thing happened to me as in the other e-mail. I ordered a product and returned it within the time to discontinue any more charges and they charged my account twice in September and October and I called seven times with no satisfaction just a run around with different numbers telling me to call another number. I've been receiving calls 800-684-8429 about 4 times a day. I work nights and these calls start from in the morning and go through out the day. I know i am behind my monthly, but it is only for this.
