Kyocera, through Verizon, sold me a phone with a defect that I did not discover until after I had been using the phone for a year. The defect prevents the phone from recharging except when on a special cradle. I called Kyocera to get help, and they said it was Verizon’s problem. Verizon would not provide any help. This is a problem these assholes should be able to fix easily, but they refuse.
I will never do business with these sons of a bitch again. This was an expensive phone, but I have now learned that they have no support. If you want to get a PDA, do not buy Kyocera. DO NOT BUY ANY KYOCERA PRODUCTS. YOU CANNOT TRUST THEM. read full review »

At the end of February I sent 2 certified mail letter that I bought at one of those new automatic machines at a USPS office because the line was out the door. The letters where sent to 2 different locations but pertained to the same issue. This issue was a legal one and I had a deadline to file the letters. I brought my 1988 Honda Accord into the Seaford, DE Wal-Mart for an oil change. At the time my car was presented to them, it had no oil leaks. I didn’t notice anything when I got back in the car after it was serviced, but I really wasn’t looking either. I got home, parked my car and came out an hour or two later to run some errands and there was a huge pool of oil underneath the car. I am (was) a customer of wells fargo bank in lewiston idaho for about 15 years. My son cashed a check there for $450.00 and it bounced. Without any notification they put that amount on his debit card which overdrew. It was approx 9 days later we were notified by mail the check bounced. They put the $450.00 on my sons debit card and were charging $5.00 per day for overdrawn charges on the debit card. Because of a Windows anomaly my computer was put into a 'Recovery mode' and after many 'phone calls etc. I managed to get back on line but my antivirus would not download from my purchased disc. There is a group in Colorado that is placing thousands of harassing (abandoned) calls to consumers.
Basically, they'll call you up to 20 times per day as part of a telemarketing effort which they are paid for by Sylvan, DeVry, Global Knowledge, CCI, Florida Metro University, etc.
What they do, they can do legally for 30 days - so be prepared for a lot of harassment.

My wife and I were going to Cozumel on a scuba diving trip. We were to fly from Orlando to Atlanta onto Cozumel. The first plane we were to fly on had mechanical problems, the second had mechanical problems and showed up late to Orlando. We missed our connecting flight to Cozumel. Fat Boys sits on the corner of Alameda & Havana in Aurora Colorado. During the last 7 weeks this business has piled all the snow from their parking lot on the sidewalks and next to the traffic light. Anyone trying to cross the street cannot push the button for the walk light or walk on the sidewalk. Bill Newmann, and Classic House Furniture are horrible to do business with. It's an online store, but based in New Jersey. He is very dishonest and will not follow through on promises. He'll tell you anything to make a sale. My six week wait time and $400 delivery charge for a bed, turned into five months and a $544 charge. I have been a Aeroplan Card holder since 1993. At that time I was using Air Canada for business trips and the point system seemed like a great way to save up for free trips.

I recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise in Cincinnati Ohio. I was informed we were the second drivers of the car which was new.

First of all, the girl working on January 22, 2007, was rude when I asked about how to write out the numbers for negatives. This dishwasher is terrible. It's two years old and I've had nothing but problems with it after a few months. The biggest problem is that it rinses the dishes with soapy water and then the soap dries on the dishes.
I've had "technicians" out here but they say they can't help me because my water is hard. Baloney. I bought a HP factory refurbished media centre PC from FutureShop ($1000). It had 3 months warranty. IT started giving "starting" problems.
Shuts on/off several times by itself before it starts. Once running sometimes it just restart itself. I got in touch with online product support and ruled out any software issues as I uninstalled all my softwares.
Took it it FS under warranty on 22nd October 2006. Believe it or not HP is still fixing the computer.

Due to Western Union's negligence to use the three digit security code on the back of a debit/credit card, someone was able to make an online transaction to send over $2,000.00 of my money to someone out of the country.
I am unable to point the finger at whom ever got a hold of my info, I don't know who it is. I purchased a Mint Chocolate for my daughter from Verizon Wireless. The first phone was completely unusable. The phone would jump to mobile web even when no one was near the phone. On the second phone the charging port broke.
This makes me wonder if perhaps these phones have some major defects in construction. If they do, Verizon needs to let it's customers know this before they put up money for the phones and sign an agreement for 2 years.
