I purchased an Amana convection range in February 2005. This is one of their more expensive models. The clock and main heating element for the oven shorted out. The repair man said we're lucky it didn't start a fire. I contacted Amana and they said it was out of warranty and they would do nothing for me. I think a range that is not even 2 years old should be covered for replacement of the replacement items at no charge. I was flat out lied to by everyone I spoke with at the company over the 20 days (as of today) since my order was placed. I purchased Live Onecare a few months ago. Now I upgraded to Vista 64. Onecare doesn't work with vista 64. Why would a company that made both programs hang there paying customers out to dry? There is a commercial about Dove, that shows a woman floating around with just a ribbon. A very small ribbon. Showing that all she has on is that ribbon and one false move and she would be naked. After taking off my contacts after work and picking up my glasses, I realize the frame holding the lens was cracked and one of the legs severely bent out of shape. The Housemaid Manager said that she has talked to the housemaid named Harold and he said that I've always put my glasses behind the lamp and that he did not touch them. Their website states that the order was shipped, but no tracking information is available. They do not respond to emails or telephone calls. I believe they are taking orders with no intention of sending the merchandise. They charged the order against my credit card. First of all their website happily claims 24 hour customer service, however if you try to call and get an operator it will never happen, it will say Im cannot do that but try our website. I have received a call from 866-463-3020. It sounded odd to be since I have been a customer of Sprint for over 5 years now. I don't beleive Sprint-Nextel would do this to their customers. Bargainland advertised a Tektronix curve tracer using a photo that showed an intact picture tube and suggested the item had a value of over $1,200. I won the item and when it arrived there was no picture tube present but a few glass fragments suggest the unit may have been dropped before shipment. Brooke Franchise sold me 2 insurance agencies which they represented had certain levels of income and certain insurance company contracts after purchasing from Brooke at an inflated price 5 of the major companies canceled their contracts thus running off 80% of the customers.
