I purchased an Amana convection range in February 2005. This is one of their more expensive models. The clock and main heating element for the oven shorted out. The repair man said we're lucky it didn't start a fire. I contacted Amana and they said it was out of warranty and they would do nothing for me. I think a range that is not even 2 years old should be covered for replacement of the replacement items at no charge. I ordered a reborn doll on the website for Christmas for my daughter. I checked back with the owner in November 2006 and she said that the doll was not finished but would be shipped in time for Christmas. She took $333 for the product. This scam charged my cc 69.95 for something I never ordered or received. The ph # is some crappy automated service that ask again for your cc # and gives you a fake web add and e mail. I had to cancel my cc to make charges stop. My bank is aware, and money was refunded. read full review »

I purchased Live Onecare a few months ago. Now I upgraded to Vista 64. Onecare doesn't work with vista 64. Why would a company that made both programs hang there paying customers out to dry? I had this company come over to my apartment and replace a breaker which cost $458.00 and troubleshoot a short on the 3rd outlet the short was found, this cost $851.00. I just bought a New 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe and was very excited at the time of purchase. However on the day I went to pick up my plates for my new vehicle the check engine light came on. There is a commercial about Dove, that shows a woman floating around with just a ribbon. A very small ribbon. Showing that all she has on is that ribbon and one false move and she would be naked. After taking off my contacts after work and picking up my glasses, I realize the frame holding the lens was cracked and one of the legs severely bent out of shape. The Housemaid Manager said that she has talked to the housemaid named Harold and he said that I've always put my glasses behind the lamp and that he did not touch them. I placed an order with this company on January 12, 2007. I have not received the order as on today February 5, 2007. Their website states that the order was shipped, but no tracking information is available. They do not respond to emails or telephone calls. I believe they are taking orders with no intention of sending the merchandise. They charged the order against my credit card. I have had the most horrible experience with Metro PCS. First of all their website happily claims 24 hour customer service, however if you try to call and get an operator it will never happen, it will say Im cannot do that but try our website. I recently bought a copy of the Roxio/Sonic CinePlayer surround 3.2 RX2 so that I could watch DVD’s on my computer. I downloaded it and installed it as the instructions indicated. I have received a call from 866-463-3020. It sounded odd to be since I have been a customer of Sprint for over 5 years now. I don't beleive Sprint-Nextel would do this to their customers. I think it is odd people out to either get customers mad at Sprint-Nextel or just get people mad and we get mad and cost ourself money by changing our service to another company. They send a brochure that you have to pay for. They then use the credit card info to bill customer for fictitious services. Back in May 2006, I asked for an OSactionline brochure to be sent to my home and I paid the postage using my credit card. There is another complaint logged against this company that describes how the company accepts internet orders, but then requires you to call to confirm the order with a sales person. I purchase MANY things via internet and this was the first time I was ever required to call to confirm.
