Using USA PEOPLE SEARCH, who according to an employee, has a link to AP9 24PROTECTPLUS on their website, our credit card got charged multiple times AFTER our transaction with USA was closed. Thankfully our card company, who was well aware of these companies, canceled our card and reissued a new one.
If you do a search with USA PEOPLE SEARCH, look out for future 'strange' charges to your account. In a search for AP9 24PROTECTPLUS, they are well documented as 'crooks'; and appear to have a multiple process of various processes for scamming; and also appear to sell the information to novices. read full review »

To whom it may concern: In March 2007, I had the regrettable experience of booking a vacation through Attractions Wholesale Travel online.
The Attractions Wholesale Travel online service does not explain that the discounted vacation is a sales scheme for a timeshare resort. I only found that out because I called the number on the web site to confirm my reservation. No complaints about any technical issues, but it seems Lingo (Primus) has taken their marketing plans strait from AOL. Plan was advertised at $19.95. After 1.5 years I'm up to almost $27. Then just try to get them to shut you off. I'm having to block payments with my credit union. Way too much crap. No humans reply to Email. I'm going to Skype.

I am very sorry that I bought the Fluidity. I feel they are very deceptive in their infomercial. They tell you that you originally would pay 6 payments of $39.95. Then they say that if you order, they will take off one payment of $39.95 and you only have to pay 5. Next, they say that the machine comes fully assembled so you don't have to worry about it.

I have been a regular shopper at the ShopRite in Carmel, NY since 1983, when it opened its doors to the public. A year ago, I became handicapped. I cannot use a regular shopping cart, therefore I rely on a motorized cart. There are two of them in the whole store and do not run properly. Also, it is very difficult to maneuver out of where the 2 carts are kept. I've complained to one of the managers on 2 or 3 occasions, with no result. They say that they are not responsible for the commitments of their sales representatives. This shows that Sify is only interested in selling connection but does not bother to attend customer complaints.

We bought steel shed on line last year Dec. 2006. Since we received the shipment we've had missing peaces and damaged pieces. As we started to put up the frame we found out we had damaged parts and also missing parts. We have called customer service and talked to 4 different Supervisors who have told we would get a refund on the shed, and schedule a pick up.

Everyone that I have spoken to is unprofessional especially Terry Frank. She claims she is the supervisor and that there is no one above her that we can speak with other than her.
They constantly call my home even after they debited my account to pay off my bill without my permission. I am SSI and she took my money. They are still trying collect more money, and refused send me proof that my account is paid in full.

I had a bill in collections from GC Services Limited Partnership. I paid this bill November 11,2006. It is now March 13, 2007 and my payment was never sent to the original biller, they claim they never received my money. I have a confirmation number and a bank statement showing the payment made, and they still insist payment was not made,and would not make any effort to correct the problem. I order a computer from Peach Direct. Three months later not computer. GE Money Bank is sending me bills. Even though they know the computer was never shipped. I went to the Chilis in Silsbee, TX today for my lunch break. I had called in my order to be picked up. I was told on the phone that my order would be ready within 15 minutes. I arrived at the rest. 18 minutes after I placed my order and the lady did not have it ready. The girl working the to go desk seemed as if she had a mental and congenital defect. I bought a LexMark Z645 printer at WalMart 3 months ago. The thing has barely ran a fourth of the black ink out of it and already the paper guide or automatic feeder is broken on it. I have to hand feed each sheet to get something printed. What a major hassle!
I heard that WalMart will no longer receive returns. Is that true.

I made it clear to the person on the phone that I DID NOT want to sign up for an ongoing, monthly CD club and if this is what that was please disregard the entire call. The way this bank treats customers is very bad. I used ICICI to send money to India. Here is my experience.
I initiated transfer of money to India via power transfered method on March12 2007. ICICI Bank account was credited on March 13th 2007. From ICICI it should go to Beneficiary account in HDFC Bank, Hyderabad. Contact ICICI on March 16 and again on March 17. Got the reply that money has been sent to HDFC Electronically. I asked the bank, how is it possible that money sent electronically takes more than 3-4 business days?

Money was drawn from my account from my credit union via a payment processing company L3Sales. I did not authorize this company to deduct any payments for a merchant that is a client of theirs. I disputed the charges with my credit union and paid the overwithdrawn amount in Jan totally unaware that whom ever stole my info applied for a monthly service.

A new promotion is introduced a few days later, no interest until 2009 and they will pay sales tax.
