Bought an Evenflor Tribute car seat from Sears several months ago. Because we didn't need it until recent months, when our child outgrew the other car seat, we didn't open the box. Upon opening it, the product was broken. Tried to exchange the item to Sears, but they declined because it's past their 3 month exchange policy. Told us to contact the manufacturer. I have visited this applebees quite a few times and on every occasion the customer service is the same. The waitress doesn't come to our table promptly and then when asked to speak to a manager one comes over with as bad an attitude as the waitress gives. My husband accidentally parked in a reserved spot. It was right next to an unmarked spot and he just wasn't paying attention. Well at 11pm at night we got server knocks on our door from the tenant of the reserved spot. Our apartment owner gave out our names and apartment number to this person!! The manager of this hotel has not business being in the customer service field she was rude blew me off when I complained about the noise and told me it was just the way things were at that hotel. You should think twice before hiring this company. J. Morris Construction has a reputation of doing shotty work and not completing his projects. I would never buy from this auction site again. Jewelry is not at all the quality that they attempt to portray on their site and their return policy is where they really make their money. It's inferior to what you would find in Walmart. They state that they charge a 15% restocking fee for returns but it's more than that. My car was hit in June 2006 while it was parked in front of my house. I woke up early and heard a loud noise and did not see anything - oh if I only knew. The truth is State Farm will not pay me a dime because the car was taken without permison and they will not pay up!!! It took them months and months to tell me nothing. I was notified by capital one credit card representatives, that I was late on payments from charges that started in December of 2006. I payed the card off so I had a zero balance and new this.
