This company is another one of those credit card companies that thinks that they can squeeze blood from a turnip. Adt security systems are having a special that if you have time warner cable service that you get a $300.00 rebate from your security system installation. They drag their feet when it comes to paying anyone the money owed to them and have a nerve to charge an extra 35$$ to expedite a withdrawal only to find myself 3 weeks later still waiting for payment. D&S medical billing services in Laguna Niguel, CA. This organization billed me for a visit I made to an urgent care clinic. I responsibly mailed off a check upon receipt of my bill. I purchased two new vehicles from Atlantic Toyota in Amityville New York and both vehicles had major problems. The Camry's motor seized after 59,000 miles. The cost to repair this was $4,800 which I had to pay. The Sequoia had a broken transmission after 1 week due to bad electronic parts. I had purchased a pump shoe style 1-159761 for rs 7195 from Reebok store shops 46 sahara mall gurgaon on 24 03 2007. I purchased a Kenmore washing machine from Sears 7 months ago and my 1st call the their service department was the same day it was delivered. I was told by my salesman too that the contract was month by month and that if I was unhappy with my ad that I could call in and cancel it. I contacted many levels above this rep. and was stone-walled at every turn. These people are crooks. The fact is that Verizon doesn't even own Super Pages, Idearec does. I don't know what to do. They fall back on their click through statistics. Their argument goes something like this; "your ad is working because we see that you have x-amount of clicks or hits on your ad." I received this first national card in the mail. The instructions were to call the company to cancel if i didn't want their card. I tried calling, and calling but always got a busy signal. When i did finally reach a voice system it did not give me the option to refuse the card. I have not yet activated the card because i don't want it. How is it that in their advertising supplements in our daily newspapers always more than 50 items are listed as being on sale and in stock and in reality when consumers arrive even at opening there are NEVER more than a very few available. Sounds like advertising deception or bait and switch sales to me. Managers offer no explanation but to reply later in the week we get shipments but we never know what will be delivered. I have avoided fast food due to a cardio diet. However, I did have to eat when I spent hours at a shopping mall. I figured Chick Filet would have a salad 'safe' to eat. Of the DVD's I looked at and tried playing; one was scratched, one wouldn't play at all, and the audio wasn't with the video on two that I did play. There are three practices of their billing system that increase the likelihood of its customers making late payments. This increases BofA profits but ruins the credit of its own customers. 1. My ex-husband, opened up a NEW account with JC Penney after our divorce. We were divorced 11/5/04 and the account was opened 12/04. Previously in our marriage, we had had a joint JC Penney account. This was a NEW account, with a NEW account number. My ex husband has never disputed that he opened this account for himself ONLY. Two years ago we purchased a laptop from Best Buy and also bought the extended service plan.
