Adt security systems are having a special that if you have time warner cable service that you get a $300.00 rebate from your security system installation. They drag their feet when it comes to paying anyone the money owed to them and have a nerve to charge an extra 35$$ to expedite a withdrawal only to find myself 3 weeks later still waiting for payment. Their customer service dept is very inadequate and unresponsive in most issues I've had with them. Dana point, California. I have a red 2001 dodge Dakota. The paint is faded on the top and now starting to fade on the hood and other places. It looks like the problem is with the clear coat. I purchased two new vehicles from Atlantic Toyota in Amityville New York and both vehicles had major problems. The Camry's motor seized after 59,000 miles. The cost to repair this was $4,800 which I had to pay. The Sequoia had a broken transmission after 1 week due to bad electronic parts. I had purchased a pump shoe style 1-159761 for rs 7195 from Reebok store shops 46 sahara mall gurgaon on 24 03 2007. I purchased a Kenmore washing machine from Sears 7 months ago and my 1st call the their service department was the same day it was delivered. It seems the installer reversed the hot and cold water lines and I did not notice until I put in some dark clothes and they were washed in hot water. I placed and order with Cameraaddict.com on a Friday – I received an email telling me to call in to confirm my order, the phone just rang and rang. That following Monday I called again and now I received a phone message indicating that the company was on holiday until that Wed. I was told by my salesman too that the contract was month by month and that if I was unhappy with my ad that I could call in and cancel it. I contacted many levels above this rep. and was stone-walled at every turn. These people are crooks. The fact is that Verizon doesn't even own Super Pages, Idearec does. I don't know what to do. They fall back on their click through statistics. Their argument goes something like this; "your ad is working because we see that you have x-amount of clicks or hits on your ad." I received this first national card in the mail. The instructions were to call the company to cancel if i didn't want their card. I tried calling, and calling but always got a busy signal. When i did finally reach a voice system it did not give me the option to refuse the card. I have not yet activated the card because i don't want it. How is it that in their advertising supplements in our daily newspapers always more than 50 items are listed as being on sale and in stock and in reality when consumers arrive even at opening there are NEVER more than a very few available. Sounds like advertising deception or bait and switch sales to me. Managers offer no explanation but to reply later in the week we get shipments but we never know what will be delivered. We visit Ocharley's weekly or we once did till February 28, 2007 we went and my son who never eats anything but the chicken tenders decided to change up a bit and try the mini corn dogs. I have a complaint regarding the service my fiance received from sprint pcs. He lost his phone and we went through the procedures needed to get the replacement phone, which would take 3-5 days to receive. On the 5th day he received the phone but you could not hear him speak through it, nor could he hear you others speaking to him. I am billed twice each month for two long distance services and when i complain it falls on death ears mci says its at&t problem at&t says its mci and i am caught in the middle paying for two long distance carriers that i never authorized. However, the Elizabethtown Gas Co. refuses to send me a written report of test keeping me in dark whether it was ever done, performed properly, or performed under supervision to avoid any bias.
