Got a detailed quote for a new Regal boat then ordered the boat from Pier 57. What a mistake to buy from these crooks!! I purchased a 19 inch LCD monitor from Circuit City in January of 2007. It never did work right. Circuit City said to call LG for service. I called LG and explained the problem. I booked flight tickets three month ahead of my trip from Expedia.com. Without any notification, they changed one of my flights from one stop to two stops and added three hours longer fly. We found this out only days before our trip when we were checking the trip info from the website. We have to call them many times. This product is advertised by Scotts as being safe for St Augustine grass. Approximately seven days after applying this product to my lawn, which is St Augustine grass, the grass began to die. Within two weeks, any part of my lawn which had been treated with this product was completely dead including the root system itself. The product was applied within the guidelines as far as application rate and air temperature, as specified on the applicator. We were astounded at the cost of tickets for our family amounting to $400 but decided to pay it anyhow since we wanted to do at least 1 theme park while in FL recently. I am writing to complain about this International Furniture Liquidators - Wheaton. They provide furniture is imported from various parts of the word and I continuously had problems with their furniture. I have order 3 dining sets, 2 couches, and and entertainment set. I purchase a ring from USN Home Shopping last year in July. I never received the ring, so after several attempts to get the ring, I cancelled the order. Several months later, I never received the money, even until now which is 4/20/2007. I took them to court, no one showed up. The judgment was awarded now 30 days later, the company has still not refunded my monies totally 768.00. I also contacted the Better Business Bureau prior to taking them to court. I joined the Biz Builder coop at Level 3 ($99 reg plus $99 a month membership fee). I ordered $4,000 of product any was told they would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. I waited, but no products. So I called and was told they still hadn't left China, and I needed to wait another month. Next month same thing. The only thing you can count on this company to do is take the monthly fee. I have since canceled my account and asked for a refund for the products. (They won't refund the membership fees, $600 gone). I was in this store buying a whole new kitchen. Cabinets, counter tops, sink, and all the things you need for a brand new kitchen. Well some of the cabinets were at the top of the shelves and needed the forklift to get them. The employee in the kitchen dept knew this but just walked away. I obtained a membership with Gevalia last year. I had heard good things and liked their product. Last month they decided to ship me 4 lbs of coffee without authorizing it and charged me $39.95. This charge caused my account to be overdrawn, my rent check and another check was returned NSF and I accumulated over $200.00 in fees. I contacted Gevalia and they returned the $39.95 and $25.00 for fees. The are refusing to correct this matter. I would encourage everyone I know to find another source of coffee. My 15 year old daughter has CRAZY curly hair. She hates it. We decided to get it permanently straightened with something called the Chi hair straightening. I signed up with TransUnion in January to receive a monthly credit report. The company that collects the $9.95 fee has been deleting it from my checking account. I frequent this Burger King location on Union Ave in Haskell, NJ very often. Unfortunately, the food is mediocre at best, but its convenient so I reluctantly continue to go there. My complaint is that 7 out of 10 times I visit this location for breakfast they NEVER have biscuits. This has been an ongoing problem for months that no seems to be addressing. The manager simply offers a substitution and the excuse is always that they are in the process of cooking.
