This company withdrew $159 dollars from my account that I never authorized. I don't know how they got my bank account information. The check came out of my current bank account in Wisconsin, but the address on the check was my old address in Colorado. When I got in contact with them they said I'd have to file a police fraud report, which could take awhile, but when I told them I lived in Wisconsin where this sort of thing is illegal, they said they'd send a document I could request a return on. I have had nothing but trouble since i got service through comcast. On July 6th my service was connected, but they had to have a new cable installed from the pole to my house. I was told on that day that the cable would be buried in 10 business days. It was done on Dec 4. In November i wrote a complaint to the FCC, i was sent a copy of the letter that comcast responded with stating the cable was buried on Nov 13th. I am having a big problem with my past apartment complex. When I moved in the Manager threatened to have my 83 year-old father's car towed away since she did not see his year sticker on the license plate. I used turbo tax online to do my taxes myself. What a nightmare. Filing for federal was free, and state taxes is a little over $30. I lived and worked in New York and Mass that year and so it cost over $60 to do it myself. Plus I accidentally clicked "deduction maximizer" which charged me an extra $10. Ok. That was my fault. I went to book hotel rooms for a vacation. I marked that I wanted two rooms for two nights and clicked to get rates. Looking at the rates I went ahead and booked. My account was recently overdrawn because of two unauthorized debits. I never authorized monies to be debited from my account. I've tried and tried to get a second DVR from Cox but they refuse saying since I don't subscribe to all their services I'm only entitled to 1. I don't know who www.everprivatecard is or what they do, but somehow I was duped into giving them my bank information for promises of services that I have no use for, so far they have tried to take $99.00 out of my checking account twice from my bank and I received a $25.00 charge each time they tried to take out the money. Without me knowing, my credit card was charged $9.95 a month by MNI*CREDITRPT SERVICES 4 times because I didn't cancel my membership within 30 days. In January of 07, I called Macy's to tell them of a tear in my new leather sofa (purchased in Feb 06) and to ask about how to contact Stainsafe. My complaint is that this vehicle, the 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited, purchased from King Hyundai in Deerfield Beach, FL was designed without a front dome light. Specifically, when you approach your car in a dark parking lot and initiate the keyless remote or if you unlock the car with the key, there is no light in the front part of the car that goes on even when the door opens. About 6 weeks ago I took my 1997 Honda Civic EX into Midas because the “Check Engine Light” was on and my car had been having a problem picking up after stopping and getting into the correct gear. My husband ordered 100 roses from RoseSource.com The roses did not come on the day specified. They arrived in bad condition. Of the 100 roses 15 arrived ruined, 25 were in good shape (if I removed the outer, brown petals) and the rest were somewhere in between. Staples and H.P. ripped me off... on the purchase for a computer bundle in 2004. The offer was for a "rebate" of $ 100 dollars. They couldn't locate anything pertaining to my purchase... but sent me spam about my new computer. We have experienced ongoing intermittent cable connection with Charter Cable. The connection would be fine for a few hours and then go out for just a few minutes to several hours. Our first experience with this issue was in January. Charter gave us the standard reply to recycle our modem to "fix" the problem which did not fix the problem. The second suggestion was that the issue was not with Charter but with our router. I made the mistake of getting a no-interest credit card from this outfit. I used it once in December and made my first payment in January. I mailed my second payment on 2/28/07 and Fifth Third didn't post it until 3/12. I also mailed payments to two other companies on the same day using the same mailbox.
