I was given a Kitchen Aid slow cooker for Christmas. Sometime after the third time I used it, I noticed debris inside the cooker when I removed the liner. Examination revealed tiny cracks in the ceramic liner. The next few times I used the cooker, the number and size of the cracks increased. It happens that ssmf inc took $1175.00 dollars deposit on 6/20/2006 to install my shutters and never delivered. And now the general contractor is saying it is not his fault. However, he lent his license to a fraudulent company and wants to claim no responsibility. Company gave an estimate of over $400.00 just to open a hole in the ceiling necessary to repair/replace waste pipe (additional $1000). We then hired another master plumber who, with a helper, cut a 10" square hole in the ceiling, did exactly the same work in 45 minutes and charged us $350.00. Company by the name of EDP charged me $159.95 for a prepaid Homeland Visa card. I did not authorize this charge and of course I have never received any Visa card from them. According to other research I was able to uncover, they supposedly will issue you a prepaid card with a $100 balance for a fee of $59.95. I have a "real" mastercard, why would I need a prepaid Visa and why would I pay $59.95 to use my own $100 to begin with? In 2001 I purchased a used car through Courtesy Pontiac in Las Vegas and signed a financing agreement with the dealership. The terms were 60 months and a $30. late fee for late payments. A rebate associated with a purchase on 9/19/06 is still being stalled, apparently waiting for me to get tired of repeatedly sending them documents they request. I went into SmartStyle Hair Salon which is located inside of Wal-Mart for a haircut which includes a shampoo for the price stated. I had to wait first of all for about 30 minutes and there was only one stylist working and she only had one customer she was styling. Shutter company took my money, never installed shutters. Calling on the phone was useless. If I went to the office at 5025 N. Hiatus Road, they would send me to the 5181 NW 108 Av. Sunrise location. I recently made a deposit at my local branch, cash. It showed up as a ledger balance of the deposit amount + the balance of my account on the same day as my deposit. This led me to believe the funds were available, so I purchased a plane fare using my ATM card the same evening. I purchased my son's Senior pictures from Dan Tibbetts the owner/photographer of Photo Highlights. I have not received them as of yet and my son has 20 days left of his Senior year.
