I did apply for a pay day loan and was turned down, and I remember the pre paid card popping up and I closed the screen, because I am not going to pay to get a debit card and I already have one from my bank, I would like to be fully refunded, and the bank charged me 32.00 for the overdraft. I was purchasing All Free Clear HE from a local Sam's Club up until a month or two ago as they did not have it. I bought a five dollar phone card. The terms and conditions said no connection fee, additional charges for calls placed from a pay phone. I successfully placed one local, five minute call from a pay phone using the PIN number on the back of the card. Three days later I attempted to use the card to make a call from a land line. I dealt with Ron Kiker, Phenix city, AL Mr. Kiker was very reasonable in suggesting that I return the clock for a full refund. The clock was returned, and Mr. Kiker said he would issue a refund. I received a letter from juno telling me that my credit card was no more available for juno to take payment. The reason is that December 26/2006 by a telephone call, we advise juno that we no longer wanted the service because we already change our internet access for another company. After that phone call we still received charges on our credit card even though they had been advise that we did not want their services anymore. I submitted a rebate request for my modem on February 13, 2007. When I checked on it at the end of March the AT&T agent said the check for $50.00 would be mailed on April 27, 2007. When I called yesterday I was treated with abuse by the rebate center and I asked to speak to a supervisor she said that she could not refer me to a supervisor because she would be fired. She had an attitude and was rude. My mother was retired from AT&T when service was important and treating the customers with respect was paramount. I was given a Kitchen Aid slow cooker for Christmas. Sometime after the third time I used it, I noticed debris inside the cooker when I removed the liner.
