We were told four weeks ago that it was finally being shipped only to be sent an email yesterday that our entire order was on backorder. After disconnected numerous times and being put on hold more than five minutes each time, we were told that we were never told our order was being shipped. We have since been fighting to get our money back. Yes, the prices are good. When you don't receive your furniture and can't get your money back you'll see why. I bought this machine in 2004. The machine worked well for about a year. Then the F signals starting to show up. I did some research on the internet. I found that many people were having the same problems I was experiencing. The door lock. After I my high efficiency washer broke down, I no longer had an efficient washing method. My wife and I have experienced problems with Shell. We feel we were lied to and sucked into buying a timeshare. We purchased 4500 at the Legacy in AZ. First they sit you down and tell you how the cost of hotels will go up each year. Then they tell you how your timeshare is a "great investment." The cost will save you thousands over the years. I need to make someone aware that the store managers in Store # 8480 (Paducah, KY) need to be trained in how to communicate company policy in requards to having vehicles towed. I have had ongoing problems with Norton Internet Security.
