We bought our place 5 years ago and our contract was sold to Countrywide. We tried getting refinancing through them but was denied because someone had removed the HUD tags on the back of manufactured home. When the appraiser came out he told us that if we get an affidavit of a fixture that it should be enough but per Countrywide it wasn't. Where do I begin. We began our vaccinations with Banfield and we had to go back a few times until they were complete. Turns out they have been charging my credit card for a while now. When I try to get a hold of someone on the phone, I'm put on hold for 30 minutes and then the call is hung up each time. My husband and I had taken our Yorkie to PetSmart for grooming over 1 year ago and received TERRIBLE service.
