Bought a Sony Viao Laptop Model #PCG-4K1L (VGN TXN25N) for $$2,555.59 at Best Buy. After 3 months of occasional use at night to check e-mail showed vertical red and blue lines on the screen and a white streak on the top left of the the screen. Since I could not return the laptop to Best Buy because of the 14 day return policy, had spoke with the Sony Technical Support, who after describing my problem assured me that it will be fixed and covered under the terms of the one year warranty under Sony. Turned microwave on one time without putting something in it. Ran for 30 seconds -everything fine, used it four mores times, fifth time smelled burning and opened it up and there was a quarter sized whole in the back of the microwave. Could have caught fire had i not stopped the microwave-whirlpool did nothing. Not under warranty-bought in 2005 - i feel the public needs to know this is a potential fire hazard and i should have been compensated for it. This is about my experience with Chennai Packers and Movers, which is totally unforgettable from a concern which advertises as "No Tension Shifting" firm.
I booked for a local shifting within Chennai with Chennai Packers and Movers and confirmed the date and time for shifting. They agreed to shift by Sunday evening 5 p.m, so that we thought of spending our night in settling things at new house. I purchased a Fuji camera at the Circuit City store in Sanford Florida yesterday. The model I was looking at did not have power to the display unit, nor was there enough customer service reps to help me out. However; I have another Fuji camera that I am very happy with. After about 20 minutes I finally got someone to ring me up. The salesperson was careful to go over the front of the receipt with me and not even mention the return policy and restocking fee in small print on the back.

I am launching a complaint against Maid Brigade Cleaning Service (301) 336-8942. This company came highly recommended by a friend who has used the company's service for a year. I received 1st time cleaning in my home on June 8, 2007. The cleaning service was unbelievably of poor quality and truly unsatisfactory. I have a big problem with the staff at Sears dental they are very rude and they make you wait atleast 45 minutes from your scheduled appointment time. The Orthodontist told me in the initial evaluation that he could close the spaces in between my teeth, well I took his advise and signed a contract with Sears Dental for $129.00 a month. He never closed the spaces and every time I came in for my appointments he never changed my wires or even instructed me that I had two cavities that went untreated for several months. I have been charged with account protection fee for my USairways Mastercard. When I called they said, while I was activating the card through voice response, I must have misunderstood and pressed the button to activate this protection. I have been charged around $16 - $17 per month and they only offered me one month of refund out of six months. For some reasons, I don't believe I could have authorized this, nor they would have the proof that I did.

Sold heavily by the company, the Smart Shift technology HAS NOT BEEN PERFECTED. I purchased 3 M2's in Feb. 2007 with the technology and all are having problems. What's worse, is that the electronics are so complicated the service techs can't fix them. They try to get instructions from Mercedes (maker of Smart Shift) but it appears the troubleshooting is either unclear or "over their heads". Both dealerships in Orlando and Tampa can't fix the problem.

For the last four years, I have been a mechanic for Monro Muffler & Brake. The company pay plan is based on a percentage commission for work performed. We had reserved a reception room at Marilyn's Cafe at the Tuscany Suits Hotel 7 months prior to wedding. We got to Hotel and found the reception room had been double booked due to one of the restaurants cooks being fired they said. The room double booked and they gave us a room that we had no choice in taking and it was upstairs and far away from restaurant. I tried to cash $40.00 in travelers at a Citi Bank in Santa Clara CA. As with Tim the teller asked if I had an account at that bank. My first question is why would I be cashing travelers checks there if I had an account there? My second thought was that one gets travelers checks so they simply counter sign them. I was involved in a car accident on 12-26-06 at the Westfield shopping mall in Arcadia, CA. I was waiting for a parking space. It has lasted for over a week now and has some serious side effects including dehydration.

In 2002, we got Alarm-One security system installed in our home in Hoffman Estates (IL). The contract for the equipment was signed for 3 yrs, after which we were told we could cancel at any time.
