My elderly (80+) father mistakenly picked up the wrong type of Depends. I tried to exchange them at a Wallgreens store at a different location from the one he had shopped (his Brandon, I went to Mango). The exchange would have cost me $7+. If you host your e-commerce site with Value web you better be prepared to lose business. Each time my server goes down due to fault of Valueweb it takes them at least 5-7 days to get it back up with absolutely no help from the tech department. Each time they switch my server, for there own reasons, they install their own ssl certificate on my site instead of my cert. We purchased the Kenmore Trio Elite Refrigerator in early 2005. Two months later, the ice-maker was not producing ice. They came out and fixed it. One year later the freezer died. No cold air. Everything had to be thrown out. They said it would take almost a week to fix and costs me lots of $$$. I am very disappointed with Sears Customer Service and this refrigerator. I spent almost $2400... I should have shelled out an additional $500 and purchased a Thermador! Sears should be ashamed for selling a product that is defective. read full review »

My Nissan 2000 Crewcab was leaking antifreeze. I took it to Northpoint for a diag check, they told me I had a busted Radiator hose and needed a Headgasket replacement repair, for a total cost of $1,804. I was called back about two weeks later and informed my truck was repaired but I had a loud knocking noise. Northpoint Nissan told me I needed a new engine because these things happen in vehicle repair.They located a rebuilt engine. When my engine was pulled to replace it they discovered a carbon deposit. I bought phone cards from relaiblecom.com , first of all they do not easily provide pin numbers after you make payment. Then when you use the cards it does not have sufficient minutes. it is totally deceiving, they just rip off people money and are not even interested to refund them. XM's customer contact center is horrible. They are unable to accomplish simple tasks like the cancellation of service for one of the radios on my account. I spent over an hour being transferred back and forth between various departments but never accomplished the cancellation. They refused to escalate my call to a supervisor. This company is the worst! On Feb 6, 2004, we purchased a Kenmore dishwasher from Sears. We also purchased the 3 year extended warranty. Before the first year was over it broke down and it took Sears around a month to fix it. This was during the Thanksgiving holiday in 2004. In 2005, it broke down again the first of Nov. From that point through Nov 17 it was repaired, used three times, and broke again. I no longer wanted the bed so I canceled my order on June 4th. After several calls to them, it is now June 30th and no refund. Beware of the many pet sellers and so called Kennels on this website. I have been researching this site, and the postings on it. I feel its safe to say that most of the kennels are puppy mills and puppy brokers. I have also found that this sellers can and do remove negative posting from a buyer. I have tried repeatedly to call to shut off my service and the system through the phone line and the website does not even offer it as an option. I wait for hours to get though to a person who simply says they will transfer me to the right department and then put on hold for hours again. I think they will not talk to people behind on the bill? I have a Metro PCS now and want to stop the billing and service for Sprint Nextel. Does anyone know how I can do it? I have tried several phone numbers I found but never get anywhere. From IFB , technicians would come, but would simply say that the "NEW" machine requires repairs, but not "replacement". My husband & I bought a Cub Cadet "The Tank" zero turn radius mower (commercial grade) 48" cut in April, 2007. Brand new. We do lawns commercially. Any time my husband mows with it he can't get more than 10 hours to a set of blades which cost between $50.00 & $60.00 for a set. Usually he gets less than 10 hours. This company CJW, Extremeleanrx or whatever name they are going under, has charged my visa card in the amount of 84.97. I called the number that was on my statement and the lady on the phone advised me that they would be reimbursing me for the 84.97 as I had not ordered anything from them. I received a call from my credit card company and this has not happened as of yet, I am filing a dispute with the credit card company for unauthorized charges, I tried calling the number on my credit card statement again and like everyone else that filed a complaint I was unable to get through they were closed imagine that. We tried to adjust the color, reset the color, went to the service menu and reset the set... all to no avail. Now we are looking at a set that looks as if it was photographed with a heat sensor. We have a 2004 Pontiac Vibe that has approximately 78,000 miles on it and a few weeks ago our transmission went out. We had the vehicle towed to the closet transmission repair and they found that the transmission had such severe damage that it could not be rebuilt.
