I ordered a magazine subscription for my daughter on 12/25/06. The company billed my credit card for $17.90 on 1/17/07. The company is listed on the credit card statement as We Sell Magazines 7186371632 NY (New York). I just called this number on 7/3/07 and a man stated that I have the wrong number. On April 2, 2007 I put a $300 deposit down for a pair of retractable french door screens with the Wizard dealer in Tucson & Phoenix, AZ -- Magic Screens. Delivery was to be 2 1/2 - 3 weeks later. Despite DOZENS of emails, phonecalls, contact with the manufacturer, and lies, as of July 3 I still have no screens. Owners, Mr. and Mrs. S. Foschia refuse to return my calls or refund my $300.00 deposit. They have not responded to the Better Business Bureau's two letters. Avoid this outfit *like the plague*! I had an issue several years ago when this pharmacy gave me the completely wrong prescription and shrugged it off as no big deal. My husband needed something filled due to oral surgery. So I gave them our insurance card since he never gets anything filled. 40 minutes of phone calls and the Pharmacists says we are not covered. I am speechless. Don’t use this reservation agency. They are not affiliated with the US National Parks. They make reservations with hotels which the consumers can easily make without paying the 10% reservation fee. One my first call, they made the reservation with the wrong hotel (twice as expensive), which I discovered only after I got my credit card bill. FIA Card Services offered a settlement payment of $570 which would amount to three monthly payments of $190 on the 28th of each month. An check for $190 was processed on June 28, 2007, but another check for $190 was also processed on June 29, 2007. I visited the Gaidos seafood restaurant at Galveston on the memorial day weekend in May 2007. I ordered for some pecan crusted catfish. After eating that for lunch by evening time I started passing loose motions and by night fall I was throwing up and passing motions. It was so bad that I was getting completely dehydrated. I then in the middle of the night, went to the emergency room of a local hospital and was give IV & medication. Was finally released in the morning after stabilizing. Purchased new hyundai 32" lcd tv from newegg.com. 2 months later tv failed. I contacted hyundai warranty in america. They shipped me a box to send my tv back for repairs. Note: this return box did not have any packing information. Per hyundai the lcd screen was damaged in shipping. They did have insurance from ups. Ups did inspect and declined any help. I purchased a 32'' Trutech LCD two months ago and it is now broke. The standby light turns on but the television never actually turns on. I have a customer of this bank here in texas for almost 7 years. Back in january of this year i started to buy phone cards over the internet, i had no problem what so ever until i went on vacation out of the country in april, when i got back the bank started to charge currency exchange fees, it took 2 months to find out from the bank as to why it was charging me this fees. I ordered an xbox 360 premium from these frauds then started playing my game and after about an hour the console blacked out. The dreadful 3 red lights came on and I could no longer get it to work. I have purchased a dozen roses from Ingles for the last 14 months, every Fri. evening. Of late, they die with 24 hrs. the buds fall of and I've even returned to the store's from which I've purchased. I get them from two different stores, one, Dawsonville Ga. and Anderson, SC. where I have two lady friends. But it did not really bother me, as we were remodeling our house and did not have as much spare time to watch the movies. On 5/31/07 I had water damage to my house that caused my family and I to stay at Best Western Atrium Gardens Hotel in Elizabethtown, KY from 6/10-6/27/07. They were supposed to bill my Insurance Company, State Farm. Instead, they charged my bank account $1,232 on 6/25/07, and $249 on 6/27.
